Description
Claims (12)
- プローブを備えたマイクロ波照射装置であって、
筒状外周壁を有する細長シャフト、前記シャフト先端に配置されたマイクロ波放射部を含んでおり、
細長の分流手段が前記筒状外周壁に沿って内部で延びており、前記分流手段の外周の空間的に隔てられた2つの位置において、分流手段の全長にわたり、前記筒状外周壁の内面に封止式に接触しており、前記分流手段の周囲は、冷却液を搬送するための前記シャフトの縦方向に延びる第1および第2流通路を提供するために、前記2つの位置の間においては、前記筒状壁と非接触状態であり、
前記分流手段は放射部へ延びる細長の伝送ラインと、シャフトの縦方向に前記伝送ラインと共に延びる細長の分流部材を含んでおり、前記伝送ラインの側壁と前記分流部材の側壁は互いに接触し、2つの分離した別々の位置にて筒状外周壁の内面と接触しており、
前記分流部材は筒状外周壁の内径と伝送ラインの外径との差とほぼ等しいかまたはそれより大きい径を有し、
少なくとも前記分流部材又は前記伝送ラインのいずれかは、前記筒状外周壁が前記分流部材の円形の外部断面とは異なる長円形になるように、前記筒状外周壁の縦軸に対して横方向から圧迫して、前記筒状外周壁の内部に挿入され、
さらに、少なくとも前記分流部材又は前記伝送ラインのいずれかを挿入した後、
前記筒状外周壁の形状を回復できるように、前記圧迫する力は取り除かれて、
前記伝送ラインと前記分流部材が、互いに前記筒状外周壁に対して押しつけられることを特徴とするマイクロ波照射装置。 - 前記流通路はほぼ等しい断面積を有しており、前記流通路の断面積の合計は(筒状壁の内部断面積)−(伝送ラインの断面積)−(分割部材の断面積)の値と等しいことを特徴とする請求項1記載のマイクロ波照射装置。
- 前記分流部材はシャフトの先端へ1本以上のワイヤを送るチューブまたはケーブルを含んでおり、前記ワイヤは前記シャフト先端のセンサからの測定信号を搬送することができることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のマイクロ波照射装置。
- 前記分流部材は熱電対の少なくとも1本のワイヤを通すチューブを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項2または3記載のマイクロ波照射装置。
- 前記伝送ラインは、センサに接続され、ワイヤと信号のペアを形成する導線を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項3または4記載のマイクロ波照射装置。
- 前記ワイヤは第1金属で形成され、前記ワイヤは前記導線の先端に接続されており、該導線は銅である第2金属で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項5記載のマイクロ波照射装置。
- 前記分流手段の先端は流通路間の交差部を形成するため、プローブの放射部分の手前で終結していることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のマイクロ波照射装置。
- 前記シャフトの基端部はプローブのハンドルを形成する連結管内に延びており、前記連結管は照射装置の細長のフレキシブルケーブルの先端に接続するポートを含んでおり、前記ケーブルはマイクロ波放射源から延びる伝送ラインを送り、前記ケーブルは前記伝送ラインを冷却するために、冷却液を運ぶための液流ダクトを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれかに記載のマイクロ波照射装置。
- 前記連結管は互いに封止的に分離した第1および第2区画を含んでおり、前記第1および第2流通路は前記第1および第2区画とそれぞれ通流状態であることを特徴とする請求項8記載のマイクロ波照射装置。
- 前記連結管の第1および第2区画はシャフト軸の縦方向でそれぞれ独立した位置に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項9記載のマイクロ波照射装置。
- 前記シャフトの筒状外周壁内の基端部にて開口部が形成されており、該開口部は流通路と連結管の区画とを接続していることを特徴とする請求項9または10記載のマイクロ波照射装置。
- 液体が第1流通路に沿ってシャフトの先端側へ流れ、第2流通路に沿って戻るようにプローブを通る液流を創出する手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれかに記載のマイクロ波照射装置。
