Description
長手方向の通路及び前記内表面に隣接して位置する外表面を有する筒状体と;
前記筒状体と前記筒状部材を密封状態で結合するため、前記内表面に係合する前記外表面上に設けられたシール部材と;
前記筒状体の通路の上流端部から下流端部への水の流れを供給する開放位置及び前記筒状体の通路を閉鎖する閉鎖位置の間を移動する可動弁部材と;
前記可動弁部材を前記閉鎖位置に付勢する弾性手段と;を有し、
所定圧力を超える圧力が前記可動弁部材に加えられた場合に、前記開放位置方向に前記可動弁部材が移動するように前記弾性手段が構成されており、
前記筒状体は環状フランジに結合しており、前記環状フランジは弁シートを備えており、前記可動弁部材は前記筒状体の通路を閉鎖するため前記弁シートと係合しており、
前記筒状体は一対のガイドスロットを備えて形成された内面を有し、かつ前記環状フランジは挿入及び捻りロック作動により前記ガイドスロットと係合するように形成された一対のガイド部材を有している弁アセンブリが提供される。
Claims (7)
- 弁アセンブリが密封状態で挿通される通路を包囲する内表面を有する筒状部材と連結状態で使用される、弁アセンブリであって、
長手方向の通路及び前記内表面に隣接して位置する外表面を有する筒状体と;
前記筒状体と前記筒状部材を密封状態で結合するため、前記内表面に係合する前記外表面上に設けられたシール部材と;
前記筒状体の通路の上流端部から下流端部への水の流れを供給する開放位置及び前記筒状体の通路を閉鎖する閉鎖位置の間を移動する可動弁部材と;
前記可動弁部材を前記閉鎖位置に付勢する弾性手段と;を有し、
所定圧力を超える圧力が前記可動弁部材に加えられた場合に、前記開放位置方向に前記可動弁部材が移動するように前記弾性手段が構成されており、
前記筒状体は環状フランジに結合しており、前記環状フランジは弁シートを備えており、前記可動弁部材は前記筒状体の通路を閉鎖するため前記弁シートと係合しており、
前記筒状体は一対のガイドスロットを備えて形成された内面を有し、かつ前記環状フランジは挿入及び捻りロック作動により前記ガイドスロットと係合するように形成された一対のガイド部材を有している弁アセンブリ。 - 前記可動弁部材が、前記筒状体の長手方向軸に略直交する軸の周りを枢動するように設けられている請求項1記載の弁アセンブリ。
- 前記弾性手段がバネである請求項1記載の弁アセンブリ。
- 前記筒状体は、取付機構によって環状フランジに結合しており、前記取付機構は可動弁部材を支持する枢動アセンブリと協働する請求項2記載の弁アセンブリ。
- 前記バネが前記可動弁部材の下側と前記取付機構との間に延出し前記弁シートと係合するように前記可動弁部材を付勢する請求項3記載の弁アセンブリ。
- 前記筒状体の前記外表面が環状溝を有し、前記環状溝内には前記シール部材が取付けられている請求項1記載の弁アセンブリ。
- 通路を包囲する内表面を有しかつ上端部及び下端部を有する筒状部材と、前記通路内に密封状態で挿通された請求項1記載の弁アセンブリと、前記弁アセンブリがその下側に位置する前記上端部に固定された鉄格子と、を含む床排水器。
