Claims (6)
- 流れ軸心(d)に沿って配置された、流体媒体のための入口(3)と出口(4)とを備えるとともに、前記流れ軸心(d)を包囲するコア領域(15)を有するハウジング(2)、
それぞれ平面(E)に位置し、前記入口(3)と出口(4)との間に配設され、それらを通って前記流体媒体が流れる一対のU字型の測定管(5)、
前記二つのU字型の測定管(5)を、それらの位置が互いに対して固定されるように、U字の脚部の領域において互いに接続する少なくとも一つの接合プレート(7,8)、
励振手段(9)、そして
前記測定管の移動を検出するための二つの振動センサ(10)を有するコリオリ質量流量計(1)であって、
前記ハウジングは、更に、前記二つのU字型の測定管(5)を包囲する包囲領域(14)を有し、
ここで、前記コア領域(15)と前記包囲領域(14)との間の接続はリジッドであり、
前記コア領域(15)は、弾性部材として機能し、振動するように構成され、
前記コリオリ質量流量計(1)の処理コネクタの領域において振動相殺、したがって、振動抑制が達成可能となることを特徴とするコリオリ質量流量計(1)。 - 前記ハウジング(2)は、前記コア領域(15)の上方プレート(16)によって、弾性作用または振動相殺が達成可能であるように構成されている請求項1に記載のコリオリ質量流量計(1)。
- 前記上方プレート(16)の厚みは、前記ハウジング(2)の共振周波数が、前記U字型の測定管(5)において発生する最高の共振周波数よりも10Hz〜100Hz高くなるように構成されている請求項2に記載のコリオリ質量流量計(1)。
- 前記ハウジング(2)の共振周波数は、前記U字型の測定管(5)において発生する最高の共振周波数よりも約50Hz高い請求項3に記載のコリオリ質量流量計(1)。
- 流れ軸心(d)に沿って配置された、流体媒体のための入口(3)と出口(4)とを備えるハウジング(2)、
それぞれ平面(E,E’)に位置し、前記入口(3)と出口(4)との間に配設され、それらを通って前記流体媒体が流れる一対のU字型の測定管(5,5’)、
前記二つのU字型の測定管(5)を、それらの位置が互いに対して固定されるように、U字の脚部の領域において互いに接続する少なくとも一つの接合プレート(7,8)、
励振手段(9)、そして
前記測定管の移動を検出するための二つの振動センサ(10)を有するコリオリ質量流量計(1)であって、
前記測定管(5,5’)が位置する前記平面(E,E’)に対する、前記励振手段(9)と前記振動センサ(10)との少なくとも一方の質量分布が互いに異なることによって前記コリオリ質量流量計(1)の処理コネクタの領域において振動抑制が達成可能に構成されているコリオリ質量流量計(1)。 - 前記異なる質量分布は、前記各平面(E,E’)に対する、前記励振手段(9)と前記振動センサ(10)との少なくとも一方の同じ位置において達成される請求項5に記載のコリオリ質量流量計(1)。
