Description
本発明の第1の実施形態について図面を参照して説明する。図1は、第1の実施形態に係る内皮細胞増殖性材料の断面構成を示している。内皮細胞増殖性材料とは、内皮細胞の選択増殖性に優れた材料である。図1に示すように、本実施形態の内皮細胞増殖性材料は、基材31を覆う炭素質膜32であり、炭素質膜32の表面にはプラズマ処理層32Aが形成されている。
以下に、本発明の第2の実施形態について図面を参照して説明する。図5は、第2の実施形態に係る内皮細胞増殖性材料の断面構成を示している。図5において図1と同一の構成要素には同一の符号を附すことにより説明を省略する。

Claims (3)
- 基材の表面に形成され、炭素が互いに結合して形成された膜本体と、
前記膜本体の表面に形成され、前記膜本体を構成する炭素と結合した窒素及び酸素を有するプラズマ処理層とを備え、
前記プラズマ処理層における、前記膜本体を構成する炭素と結合した窒素の、前記膜本体を構成する炭素と結合した酸素に対する比率は、0.3以上であり、
前記プラズマ処理層の表面における内皮細胞の増殖率は、平滑筋細胞の増殖率よりも高いことを特徴とする内皮細胞増殖用材料。 - 前記膜本体の表面におけるゼータ電位が−20mV以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内皮細胞増殖用材料。
- 前記内皮細胞の増殖率は、前記平滑筋細胞の増殖率の1.1倍以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内皮細胞増殖用材料。
