Claims (17)
- バッテリセル端子間に、当該バッテリセルの電気的連結のために導電接続を形成する結合子であって、前記結合子は、それぞれ材料が異なる少なくとも2つの結合部を有し、前記少なくとも2つの結合部は、少なくとも1つの結合領域内で、互いに接触する表面によって互いに導電的に接続される、前記結合子において、
前記2つの結合部の互いに接触する前記表面の粒子は、界面において混ざり合っていることを特徴とする、導電接続を形成する結合子。 - 前記結合部が前記結合領域内で複合材料を形成するように、混ざり合っている、請求項1に記載の導電接続を形成する結合子。
- 前記混ざり合いは、クラッド法によって生じる、請求項1〜2のいずれか1項に記載の導電接続を形成する結合子。
- 前記混ざり合いは、冷間圧延クラッド法によって生じ、
第1の結合部は銅材料からなり、第2の結合部はアルミニウム材料からなる、請求項3に記載の導電接続を形成する結合子。 - 前記第1の結合部は、E−Cu57又はE−Cu58からなる、請求項4に記載の導電接続を形成する結合子。
- 前記第2の結合部は、Al6061又はAl3003 H14からなる、請求項4又は5のいずれか1項に記載の導電接続を形成する結合子。
- 複数のバッテリセルのバッテリセル端子間に、当該バッテリセルの電気的連結のために導電接続を形成する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の導電接続を形成する結合子。
- 前記結合部における結合は、素材結合及び/又は形状結合により実現される、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の導電接続を形成する結合子。
- 前記界面の縁端に、当該界面の腐食を防止するための収縮性チューブの形態による絶縁が設けられる、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の導電接続を形成する結合子。
- 前記界面は、平坦である、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の導電接続を形成する結合子。
- 前記結合部は、冷間圧延クラッド法によって互いに導電的に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の結合子を製造する方法。
- 複数のバッテリセルを含むバッテリであって、
前記バッテリは、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の少なくとも1つの結合子をさらに備え、
前記結合子は、前記バッテリの第1のバッテリセルの端子と、前記バッテリの第2のバッテリセルの端子と、を結合することを特徴とする、バッテリ。 - 前記バッテリは、リチウムイオンバッテリ又はニッケルメタルハイドライドバッテリである、請求項12に記載のバッテリ。
- 複数のバッテリを含み、当該複数のバッテリのそれぞれは、複数のバッテリセルを有するバッテリシステムであって、
前記バッテリシステムは、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の少なくとも1つの結合子をさらに備え、
結合子は、第1のバッテリの端子と第2のバッテリの端子と結合し、及び/又は、結合子は、第1のバッテリセルの端子と、第2のバッテリセルの端子と、を結合することを特徴とする、バッテリシステム。 - 前記バッテリは、リチウムイオンバッテリ又はニッケルメタルハイドライドバッテリである、請求項14に記載のバッテリシステム。
- 車両であって、
前記車両は、請求項12もしくは13に記載の少なくとも1つのバッテリ、又は、請求項14もしくは15に記載のバッテリシステムを備え、
前記バッテリ又は前記バッテリシステムは、前記車両の駆動システムと接続されることを特徴とする、車両。 - 前記車両は、電気的に駆動可能な車両である、請求項16に記載の車両。
