- 前記補強要素(14)が、タングステン、タンタル、モリブデン、ニオブ、レニウム、これらの合金及びこれらの組合せからなる群から選択される1以上の金属組成物を含有する、請求項1又は請求項2記載のるつぼ(8)。
- フェースコート層(18)、バッキング層(24)又はこれらの組合せのいずれかの少なくとも一部分に適用された粒度100μm超のセラミック粒子からなるスタッコ層(20)を備える、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載のるつぼ(8)。
- 1以上の補強要素(14)がすべてのフェースコート層(18)、バッキング層(24)、スタッコ層(20)又はこれらの組合せに適用されている、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載のるつぼ(8)。
- 2種以上の形態の補強要素(14)が、隣接配向、積み重ね配向、又はこれらの組合せから選択される態様で適用されている、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載のるつぼ(8)。
- フェースコート層(18)、バッキング層(24)及びスタッコ層(20)の2つ以上が補強要素(14)を含む、請求項4又は請求項5記載のるつぼ(8)。
- 補強要素(14)の適用状態が、るつぼ(8)の異なる領域(30,32,34,36,38)に存在する特定の応力を支持するように調整されている、請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項記載のるつぼ(8)。
- さらに、コロイドシリカ、コロイドイットリア及びこれらの組合せから選択されるコロイドを含有するコロイド懸濁物中に酸化イットリウム粉末を含有するコロイドスラリーから形成されたトップコート(28)を備える、請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか1項記載のるつぼ(8)。
- 請求項1乃至請求項9のいずれか1項記載のるつぼ(8)の製造方法であって、
模型(10)に、1以上のフェースコート層(18)を含むフェースコート(16)を適用し、次いで1以上のバッキング層(24)を含むバッキング(22)を適用することによって、つぼモールド(26)を作製する工程であって、フェースコート層(18)、バッキング層(24)又はこれらの組合せの1つ以上の少なくとも一部分に1以上の補強要素(14)を適用することを含む工程と、
るつぼモールド(26)から模型を除去する工程と、
るつぼモールド(26)を焼成する工程と
を含む方法。
