Description
実施形態1に係る梱包構造は、18650円筒型のリチウムイオン二次電池(直径18mm、高さ65mm)を複数梱包するものである。この電池は円柱形状で、一方の端部は負極であり、他方の端部は正極であって、正極は円形の端面の中央部分に突出している凸形状を有している。
上述の実施形態は本願発明の例示であって、本願発明はこれらの例に限定されず、これらの例に周知技術や慣用技術、公知技術を組み合わせたり、一部置き換えたりしてもよい。また当業者であれば容易に思いつく改変発明も本願発明に含まれる。例えば一つの梱包構造に梱包される電池の種類や数は特に限定されないし、収容ケースの材料や形状も特に限定されない。

Claims (11)
- 複数の柱状の電池を梱包する梱包構造であって、
底板と該底板の外縁に配置された側面板とを有する収容ケースと、
前記底板の直上に配置され、前記収容ケースに固定される第1トレイと、
前記第1トレイの上方に配置される第2トレイと
を用い、
前記第1トレイは、前記電池の一方の端部がはまり込む第1凹部を複数備え、該第1凹部の底側が前記底板に相対するように前記収容ケースに固定されており、
前記第2トレイは、前記電池の他方の端部がはまり込む第2凹部を複数備えており、
前記複数の電池は、前記第1トレイの前記第1凹部に前記一方の端部がはめ込まれ、前記他方の端部が前記第2トレイの前記第2凹部にはめ込まれ、隣り合う前記電池同士が離間された状態で保持されており、
前記第1凹部の底側は、はめ込まれた前記電池の前記一方の端部の角部とは離間するように、前記角部に相対する部分が前記第1凹部からさらに一段窪んだ窪みを備えている、梱包構造。 - 前記第1凹部の深さは、柱状の前記電池の高さの5%以上50%以下である、請求項1に記載されている梱包構造。
- 前記第2トレイの上に被せられる押さえ部材をさらに用いている、請求項1又は2に記載されている梱包構造。
- 前記電池の他方の端部の電極端子は凸形状を有しており、
前記他方の端部がはまり込む前記第2凹部には、前記他方の端部がはまり込んだ際に前記電極端子とは離間した状態を保つ窪みが設けられている、請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載されている梱包構造。 - 前記第1凹部は、開口部から底に向かって窄まっていくテーパ形状を有している、請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載されている梱包構造。
- 前記テーパ形状のテーパ角は、1度以上20度以下である、請求項5に記載されている梱包構造。
- 前記第2凹部は、開口部から底に向かって窄まっていくテーパ形状を有している、請求項1から6のいずれか一つに記載されている梱包構造。
- 前記第2凹部の前記テーパ形状のテーパ角は、1度以上20度以下である、請求項7に記載されている梱包構造。
- 前記第1トレイと前記第2トレイとの間の距離は、柱状の前記電池の高さの30%以上90%以下である、請求項1から8のいずれか一つに記載されている梱包構造。
- 前記収容ケースは矩形箱形であって段ボールからなり、
前記段ボールの中芯のフルートは、前記収容ケースの矩形の辺に対して斜めに延びている、請求項1から9のいずれか一つに記載されている梱包構造。 - 前記第1トレイ及び前記第2トレイは、防錆剤を添加したプラスチックからなっている、請求項1から10のいずれか一つに記載されている梱包構造。
