Claims (15)
- 患者の大動脈に留置するためのステントグラフトであって、
前記ステントグラフトは、
生体適合性グラフト材料の管状体と、
複数のロープロファイルサイドアームと、
パラプレジア予防ベントチューブと、を有し、
前記管状体は、その中を貫通するメインルーメンを有し、前記管状体は選択された直径の近位部と、前記近位部の遠位にある前記選択された直径より短い直径の小径部と、前記近位部と前記小径部の間に伸びるテーパー部を有し、
前記複数のロープロファイルサイドアームは、前記小径部あるいは前記テーパー部にあり、各ロープロファイルサイドアームは、その中を貫通するそれぞれのサイドアームルーメンを有し、各サイドアームルーメンは前記メインルーメンと流体連結され、また、前記サイドアームは、大動脈の血管枝に伸びるアームと各々連結されるようになされており、
前記パラプレジア予防ベントチューブは、前記メインルーメンと流体結合し、前記小径部と前記テーパー部によって形成された領域において前記管状体の外側に近位方向で開いており、
さらに、前記パラプレジア予防ベントチューブは、当該ステントグラフトの使用において、前記大動脈への前記ステントグラフトの留置後に、前記ステントグラフトの外側に一時的なかん流を提供するようになされているステントグラフト。 - 前記パラプレジア予防ベントチューブが、前記管状体において前記複数のロープロファイルサイドアームの近位に位置している、請求項1に記載のステントグラフト。
- 前記パラプレジア予防ベントチューブが、前記管状体において前記複数のロープロファイルサイドアームの遠位に位置している、請求項1に記載のステントグラフト。
- 前記パラプレジア予防ベントチューブがおよそ6ミリメートルの直径と、10ミリメートルから32ミリメートルの長さを有する、請求項1に記載のステントグラフト。
- 前記小径部あるいは前記テーパー部にある前記複数のロープロファイルサイドアームが、腹腔動脈、上腸間膜動脈、右腎動脈と左腎動脈のためにある4つのロープロファイルサイドアームを有する、請求項1に記載のステントグラフト。
- 前記パラプレジア予防ベントチューブにはステントが設けられていない、請求項1に記載のステントグラフト。
- 前記管状体が、直径が前記選択された直径よりは短く、前記小径部よりは長い遠位部と、前記遠位部と前記小径部の間に伸びる遠位テーパー部とを有する、請求項1に記載のステントグラフト。
- 前記近位部が、およそ34ミリメートルの直径を有し、前記遠位部がおよそ24ミリメートルの直径を有し、前記小径部が20ミリメートルの直径を有する、請求項7に記載のステントグラフト。
- 生体適合性グラフト材料の管状体と、
前記管状体にある複数のロープロファイルサイドアームと、
パラプレジア予防ベントチューブと
を有する移植可能な装置であって、
前記管状体は、その中を貫通するメインルーメンを形成し、
前記各ロープロファイルサイドアームはそれぞれ、その中を貫通するサイドアームルーメンを有し、前記各サイドアームルーメンは前記メインルーメンに流体連結しており、当該サイドアームは、血管枝に伸びるアームと各々連結されるようになされており、
前記パラプレジア予防ベントチューブは、前記メインルーメンと流体結合し、前記管状体の外側に開いており、
さらに、前記パラプレジア予防ベントチューブは、血管側枝に連結せず、人体あるいは動物体の血管への前記移植可能な装置の留置後に、前記移植可能な装置の外側に一時的なかん流を提供し、その後に塞がれるようになされている、移植可能な装置。 - 前記パラプレジア予防ベントチューブが、近位方向では外側へ開き、遠位方向では内側に開いている、請求項9に記載の移植可能な装置。
- 前記パラプレジア予防ベントチューブが、前記管状体において前記複数のロープロファイルサイドアームの近位に位置している、請求項9に記載の移植可能な装置。
- 前記パラプレジア予防ベントチューブが、前記管状体において前記複数のローププロファイルサイドアームの遠位に位置している、請求項9に記載の移植可能な装置。
- 前記パラプレジア予防ベントチューブが、およそ6ミリメートルの直径と10ミリメートルから32ミリメートルの長さを有する、請求項9に記載の移植可能な装置。
- 前記複数のロープロファイルサイドアームが腹腔動脈、上腸間膜動脈、右腎動脈と左腎動脈のためにある4つのロープロファイルサイドアームを有し、前記パラプレジア予防ベントチューブが肋間動脈の一時的なかん流のためにある、請求項9に記載の移植可能な装置。
- 生体適合性グラフト材料の管状体と、
パラプレジア予防ベントチューブと、
を有する移植可能な装置であって、
前記管状体は、その中を貫通するメインルーメンを形成し、前記パラプレジア予防ベントチューブは、前記メインルーメンと流体結合し、前記管状体の外側に開いており、前記パラプレジア予防ベントチューブにはステントが設けられておらず、
さらに、前記パラプレジア予防ベントチューブは、血管側枝に連結されないが、人体あるいは動物体の血管へ前記移植可能な装置の留置後に、前記移植可能な装置の外側に一時的なかん流を提供し、その後に塞がれるようにされている、移植可能な装置。
