Claims (7)
- 拡張可能なワイヤメッシュ(3)で形成された第1の端部(5)および第2の端部(6)を有する中空の円筒部(2)を有するインプラント(1)を血管(B)内に供給および設置するための装置(10)であって、半径方向に圧縮された状態でインプラント(1)を受け入れるためのスリーブを有し、前記スリーブはガイドワイヤ(11)に沿って配置されている装置(10)であって、
前記スリーブは、半径方向に圧縮された状態の前記インプラント(1)を収容する内側スリーブ(12)と、前記内側スリーブ(12)の周囲に位置し、遠位端(14)および近位端(16)を有する少なくとも1つの外側スリーブ(13)と、を有し、
前記インプラント(1)は、前記インプラント(1)の前記第2の端部(6)が前記内側スリーブ(12)の近位端に位置するように前記内側スリーブ(12)に収容され、
インプラント(1)を血管(B)内に設置する際は、前記インプラント(1)が収容された前記内側スリーブ(12)が前記外側スリーブ(13)の近位側に露出され、次いで、前記インプラント(1)を囲繞する内側スリーブ(12)が遠位方向に前記外側スリーブ(13)の内部に移動して、前記インプラント(1)が、前記第2の端部(6)から拡張を開始する
装置(10)。 - 前記外側スリーブ(13)の遠位端(14)が設計上丸くなっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置(10)。
- 前記外側スリーブ(13)の遠位端(14)に開口(15)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の装置(10)。
- 前記外側スリーブ(13)の近位端(16)に接続されているとともに、前記インプラント(1)が収容された前記内側スリーブ(12)を内部に収容する第2の外側スリーブ(17)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の装置(10)。
- 前記外側スリーブ(13)の近位端(16)に結合要素(19)が設けられ、前記外側
スリーブ(13)を第2外側スリーブ(17)に結合するために、それに相補的に形成された結合要素(20)が前記第2外側スリーブ(17)の遠位端(18)に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の装置(10)。 - 結合要素(19、20)が半径方向の段差によって形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の装置(10)。
- 結合要素(19、20)が磁石によって形成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置(10)。
