Description
−投与ユニットを介して投与された液体の累積量を連続的に決定するステップ
を有する。この方法は、さらに、
−投与された液体の前記累積量に基づいて前記液体用フィルタユニットの交換または清浄化の必要性を決定するステップと、
−給送装置を介して供給される液体の少なくとも一部を投与するステップと、
−投与されなかった液体が前記給送装置に再び供給されることが可能となるよう、投与されなかった液体をリターン流中に戻すステップと
をさらに有する。
−投与された液体の累積量を表す値を所定の値と比較することにより、その必要性を決定するステップ、
をさらに有する。これにより、フィルタユニットが交換を必要としているか否かを決定する、正確で且つコスト効率の良い方法が得られるという利点が得られる。所定の値は、応用に特定の値であってもよい。一例によれば、所定の値は1000リットルである。別の例によれば、所定の値は25,000リットルである。1つのバージョンによれば、所定の値は1,000リットルと25,000リットルとの間の範囲内にあってもよい。所定の値は、特定のSCRシステムまたはSCRシステムを具備するある車両に基づいて選択されてもよい。
−投与された液体の前記累積量に基づいて、前記液体用のフィルタユニットの交換の必要性を決定する手段と、
−給送装置を介して供給された液体の少なくとも一部を投与する手段と、
−投与されなかった液体が前記給送装置に再び供給されることが可能になるよう、投与されなかった液体をリターン流中に戻すための手段と、
をさらに有する。
Claims (12)
- 排気清浄化のためのSCRシステムに関する方法であって、液体を給送装置(230)に供給し、次にこの給送装置(230)を介して液体をSCRシステムの消費ポイントで投与ユニット(250)に供給する方法であり、
−液体用の新しいまたは清浄化されたフィルタユニット(F)の使用が開始されてから前記投与ユニット(250)を介して投与される液体の累積量を連続的に決定するステップと、
−前記決定された累積量に基づいて、前記フィルタユニット(F)の交換または清浄化の必要性を決定するステップと、を含む方法。 - さらに、
−前記決定された累積量を所定の値と比較することによって、前記必要性を決定するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記液体が還元剤である、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- さらに、
−フィルタユニットの交換または清浄化が必要であると決定された場合、表示構成を起動するステップを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 排気清浄化のためのSCRシステムを備えた装置であって、液体を給送装置(230)に供給し、次にこの給送装置(230)を介して液体を前記SCRシステムの消費ポイントで投与ユニット(250)に供給する装置であり、
−液体用の新しいまたは清浄化されたフィルタユニット(F)の使用が開始されてから前記投与ユニット(250)を介して投与された液体の累積量を連続的に決定する手段(200、210、500)と、
−前記決定された累積量に基づいて、前記フィルタユニット(F)の交換または清浄化の必要性を決定する手段(200、210、500)と、を備える装置。 - 前記必要性を決定する手段(200、210、500)は、前記決定された累積量を所定の値と比較することによって、前記必要性を決定する、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記液体が還元剤である、請求項5または6に記載の装置。
- 表示構成と、
フィルタユニットの交換または清浄化が必要であると決定された場合に前記表示構成を起動する手段(200、210、500)と、をさらに備える、請求項5〜7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 請求項5〜8のいずれか一項に記載の装置を備える自動車(100、110)。
- トラック、バスまたは乗用車の内のいずれかである、請求項9に記載の自動車(100、110)。
- 排気清浄化のためのSCRシステムに関するコンピュータプログラム(P)であって、電子制御ユニット(200、500)または前記電子制御ユニット(200、500)に接続された別のコンピュータ(210、500)に、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法のステップを実行させるプログラムコードを含んでいるコンピュータプログラム(P)。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法のステップを実行するために、コンピュータ可読媒体上に格納されたプログラムコードを有するコンピュータプログラム製品であって、コンピュータプログラムが電子制御ユニット(200、500)上で、または前記電子制御ユニット(200、500)に接続された別のコンピュータ(210、500)上で実行される、コンピュータプログラム製品。
