Abstract
Description

−投与された液体の累積量を表す値を所定の値と比較することにより、その必要性を決定するステップ、
をさらに有する。これにより、フィルタユニットが交換を必要としているか否かを決定する、正確で且つコスト効率の良い方法が得られるという利点が得られる。所定の値は、応用に特定の値であってもよい。一例によれば、所定の値は1000リットルである。別の例によれば、所定の値は25,000リットルである。1つのバージョンによれば、所定の値は1,000リットルと25,000リットルとの間の範囲内にあってもよい。所定の値は、特定のSCRシステムまたはSCRシステムを具備するある車両に基づいて選択されてもよい。

−投与された液体の前記累積量に基づいて、前記液体用のフィルタユニット(F)の交換または清浄化の必要性を決定するステップと、
−前記給送装置(230)を介して供給される前記液体の少なくとも一部を投与するステップと、
−投与されなかった液体を前記給送装置(230)に再び供給することが可能となるよう、投与されなかった液体をリターン流中に戻すステップと
を特徴とする方法。 - さらに、
−投与された液体の累積量を表す値を所定の値と比較することによって、前記必要性を決定するステップ

−前記液体の実勢温度および/または、前記消費ポイントにおける前記液体と前記SCRシステムの排気流との間の差動圧力に基づいて、投与された液体の前記累積量を決定する手段(200、210、500)
を備える、請求項10〜13のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記フィルタユニット(F)が前記給送装置(230)の中に取り外し可能に設置されている、請求項10〜14のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記液体が還元剤、例えば尿素をベースとした還元剤である、請求項10〜15のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- さらに、
−必要性が決定される場合に表示構成を起動する手段(200、210、500)
を備える、請求項10〜16のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 請求項10〜17のいずれか一項に記載の装置を備える自動車(100、110)。
- トラック、バスまたは乗用車の内のいずれかである、請求項18に記載の自動車(100、110)。
- 排気清浄化のためのSCRシステムに関するコンピュータプログラム(P)であって、電子制御ユニット(200、500)または前記電子制御ユニット(200、500)に接続された別のコンピュータ(210、500)に、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のステップを実行させるプログラムコードを含んでいるコンピュータプログラム(P)。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法ステップを実行するために、コンピュータ可読媒体上に格納されたプログラムコードを有するコンピュータプログラム製品であって、コンピュータプログラムが電子制御ユニット(200、500)上で、または前記電子制御ユニット(200、500)に接続された別のコンピュータ(210、500)上で実行される、コンピュータプログラム製品。
