Description
−ネガ型印象を使用して石膏模型を作らなければならないが、印象採得の段階で精度が損なわれており、さらにその精度がその後の補綴物の精度を決定する。
−弾性印象材を硬化させて、練和(不可逆的変形)可能な状態から弾性的変形(可逆的変形)のみ可能な状態へと変化させなければならないので、患者にとって印象が採得されている間の待ち時間は不快なものである。
−印象用組成物はいったん使用すると「失われる」ものである。これは、印象用組成物が弾性的変形(可逆的変形)のみ可能な状態へと硬化しており、石膏模型のための鋳型として技工室行きとなるためである。このような素材の消費は、作製した印象を廃棄することから、環境にも影響を与えることになる。
−印象を技工室へ移動させることは、時間を要するだけでなく、印象の破折や紛失といったリスクを伴う。
−使用される印象用組成物は、歯科手術において十分な量を保存しておく必要があるが、あまりに長い間保存すると乾燥してしまう恐れがある。
−石膏模型からデジタルデータを生成する時、石膏模型または印象を基礎とする必要があり、患者自身の状態を参考にすることができない。そのため、同じ患者の別の印象を歯科医が手間暇かけて採得する以外に、異常を明らかにする方法はない。一方、既にさらなる治療(例えば、歯を削ってクラウンのための支台歯をつくるなど)が通常は既に行われているため、周辺の歯の領域を前/後の状態で比較検討することは不可能である。
−コンピュータ支援の領域(デジタルデータ)では、作製のためにさらなる処理を行うことはできない。
−床置き型の装置は、画像が記録されている間は常に頭と顎を特定の位置に保つ必要があり、患者はこれに合わせなければならない。そのため、患者はかなりの不快感に耐えることを要求される。
−割に合う努力により採得できるのは光学2次元画像のみである。これは、機械的なスキャン操作を行うには、膨大な時間が要求されるからである。
−労力や時間をかけて作業員を訓練する必要があり、また、「不器用」から生じるエラーは排除するのが難しい。
−唾液や影による明確な誤差が生じる、スキャンや画像において基準が欠けているか不正確である、およびさらなる処理によって費用が増大するなどの問題がある。
−センサー/レンズ上の沈着などの装置の欠陥や作業員の技能不足または集中力の欠如などが原因で起こった歪みに気付かないまま作業が進行し、作製した補綴物が使用不可となることがあり、また補綴物が作製された後に発覚する場合もある。
−放射線透過性および/または放射線吸収の変化、具体的には光透過性および/または光吸収の変化、
−導電率の変化、
−圧力の変化、具体的には圧力変化の結果として起こる導電率の変化、
−変形、
−横断面の変化または厚さの変化、
−電気抵抗の変化、および/または
−異種原子の密度変化および/または分布変化、いずれの場合も、具体的には異種原子の密度変化および/または分布変化の結果として起こる導電率または光学伝導率の変化
を空間分解された状態で捉えるよう設計されているのが好ましい。
−光透過性

−横断面の変化
−抵抗の増大
−導電率を決定する異種原子の密度および分布
が挙げられる。
−放射線透過性および/または放射線吸収の変化、具体的には光透過性および/または光吸収の変化、
−導電率の変化、
−圧力の変化、具体的には圧力変化の結果として起こる導電率の変化、
−変形、
−横断面の変化または厚さの変化、
−電気抵抗の変化、および/または
−異種原子の密度変化および/または分布変化、いずれの場合も、具体的には異種原子の密度変化および/または分布変化の結果として起こる導電率または光学伝導率の変化
を捉えるのが好ましい。
印象用組成物のための担体、
前記担体上に配置された印象用組成物、
前記印象用組成物に対して光を放出するよう設計されている少なくとも1つの照射ユニット、および
前記印象用組成物より発せられる光を検出し、該光から空間分解された生データを生成するよう設計されている少なくとも1つのセンサーユニット
を含む。
−放射線透過性および/または放射線吸収の変化、具体的には光透過性および/または光吸収の変化、
−導電率の変化、
−圧力の変化、具体的には圧力変化の結果として起こる導電率の変化、
−変形、
−横断面の変化または厚さの変化、
−電気抵抗の変化、および/または
−異種原子の密度変化および/または分布変化、いずれの場合も、具体的には異種原子の密度変化および/または分布変化の結果として起こる導電率または光学伝導率の変化
を捉えるのが好ましい。
(a)1以上の有機ポリシロキサン、好ましくは反応基を持たない有機ポリシロキサン、
(b)充填剤、
(c)任意でさらなる補助剤、助剤および色素、ならびに
(d)任意で親水化剤
を含み、該印象用組成物は、架橋反応のための触媒を含有していない。
本発明の撮像システムとしては、音、具体的には超音波、または放射線、具体的には光を用いて、印象の3次元形状を決定する撮像システムが好ましい。この撮像システムは、音や放射線によるレーダー測定、幾何学的測定および放射線吸収などの様々な作動原理や測定原理に基づいたものであってよい。これらの測定原理から2つまたはすべてを組み合わせるのが有利である。レーダー測定は、例えば、放射線パルス、具体的には光パルスの、印象体または物体の表面からの反射を利用する(反射ビームまたは反射音の通過時間による距離測定)。幾何学的測定は、一束の光ファイバーに入射する放射線の放射錐(例えば入射光の光錐)のサイズが距離に依存していることを利用する。吸収測定では、反射光ビームの媒体への吸収量がビーム路程に依存することが評価に利用される。撮像システムは、計測点を2点以上、好ましくは3点以上含み、特に好ましくは空間的に分散した多数の計測点を含む。このような撮像システムは、少なくとも1つのエネルギー源(例えば放射線源、音源、具体的には超音波源)、少なくとも1つのエネルギーセンサーまたはエネルギーレシーバー(例えばイメージセンサー、複数のセンサーまたはレシーバーからなるアレイ)、および制御・評価ユニットを含む。特に好ましくは、光学撮像システムである。光学撮像システムの場合は、1以上のイメージセンサーと共に光ファイバーが有利に利用される。光ファイバーは、一般にイメージセンサーに接続されており、1本の光ファイバーをイメージセンサーの1つのピクセルまたは1つのピクセル群に割り当てるのが特に有利である。なお、光ファイバーの端部は、前記1つのピクセルまたは1つのピクセル群に直接接している。撮像システムは、印象用組成物のための担体を1つまたは2つ以上含むか、または1以上の該担体に連結しているのが好ましい。光ファイバーのもう1つの端部、すなわちイメージセンサーから遠い方の端部は、担体部分に配置されるのが好ましい。また、1以上のイメージセンサーが担体部分に直接配置されていてもよい。計測点は、例えば、担体部分にある光ファイバーの端部またはイメージセンサーのピクセルである。

前記印象用組成物より発せられる光を検出し、該光から空間分解された生データを生成するよう設計されている少なくとも1つのセンサーユニット
を含む。
図27aに、歯2、ガラス繊維30および担体壁37の配置を概略的かつ極めて単純化した形で示す。担体壁37と歯2との間に、印象用組成物14がある。ガラス繊維30における入射光の光錐38は、ガラス繊維の端部の形状および仕上げによって異なる。例えば、固定入射角が45°であるガラス繊維30を使用する(図27b)。ガラス繊維30の端部は、あらゆる側面から歯または印象の輪郭を可能な限り十分に捉えるために、担体壁37に異なる向きで配置される。
図28では、物体39(例えば歯2)からの距離が遠くなるにつれて、ガラス繊維30(例えば各ファイバーは直径約1mmで600コアを有する)における入射光の光錐38が大きくなる様子を示している。これは、入射光の光錐38のサイズが物体39までの距離の尺度となることを意味する。光錐が大きくなるほど、物体39に対する撮像領域は広くなり、ガラス繊維30により回収される光量も増大する。

Claims (12)
- 配置、形状および/または寸法の印象を作製するために変形可能な印象用組成物(14)を保持する歯科印象用トレー(3)であって、エネルギー源と少なくとも3つのセンサー装置を用いて、印象作製時に印象用組成物(14)の少なくとも1つの物理的性質および/又は変数の変化である厚さの変化を3次元で捉えてデジタルデータの形で提供する歯科印象用トレー(3)において、上記センサーは構造、配置および/または形状を3次元デジタルデータの形で取得することが可能であり、上記印象用組成物(14)は少なくとも光透過性と導電性を有し、上記印象用組成物は供給される電気エネルギーによって粘稠度が変化する口腔内の歯科印象用トレー(3)。
- センサー装置(7)が、印象用組成物(14)における、
放射線透過性または放射線吸収の変化、
導電率の変化、
