Claims (4)
- 人間の顔と外観が類似に形成され、感情表現をすることができるようにしたアンドロイド顔ロボットに設けられるロボット用舌モジュールにおいて、
柔らかな質感を表すように複合シリコン材質で形成された舌本体(10)と;
クランクアーム(26)とサーボモーター(25)を利用して前記舌本体(10)を前後方向に移動させる前後駆動部(20)と;
ワイヤ(36)とサーボモーター(35)を利用して前記舌本体(10)を上下方向に曲げる上下駆動部(30)と;
前記舌本体(10)が直線移動するように案内するリニアレール組立体(40)と;を含み、
前記舌本体(10)は、
屈曲が可能なプラスチック材質の骨組み(11)と、
舌の外観を形成し前記骨組み(11)を覆い被せている複合シリコン材質の外皮(13)と、
前記骨組み(11)に一定間隔に形成され前記ワイヤ(36)を固定して前記骨組み(11)が上下方向に曲げられるようにする複数個の角度調節ホルダー(12)とを含むことを特徴とするロボット用舌モジュール。 - 前記前後駆動部(20)は、
顔ロボットの内部に具備された固定ブラケット(21)に設けられる第1サーボモーター(25)と、
前記第1サーボモーター(25)によって発生した回転運動を直線運動に変換させ前記舌本体(10)を前後移動させるクランクアーム(26)と、
前方に前記舌本体(10)が連結され、前記クランクアーム(26)によって前後移動する可動ブラケット(22)とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のロボット用舌モジュール。 - 前記上下駆動部(30)は、
前記可動ブラケット(22)に設けられる第2サーボモーター(35)と、
前記舌本体(10)の端部分を覆い被せるとともに前記舌本体(10)に具備された角度調節ホルダー(12)の上方と下方に各々掛かるように設けられ、位置によって前記舌本体(10)を屈曲させるワイヤ(36)と、
前記第2サーボモーター(35)の軸に設けられ両端部に前記ワイヤ(36)の両側端部が各々連結される回転アーム(37)とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のロボット用舌モジュール。 - 前記リニアレール組立体(40)は、
前記固定ブラケット(21)と可動ブラケット(22)の一方に設けられるリニアガイド(42)と、
前記固定ブラケット(21)と可動ブラケット(22)の他方に設けられ、前記リニアガイド(42)に対して摺動可能に挿入されるリニアバー(41)からなることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のロボット用舌モジュール。
