Abstract
Description
実施例1では、図5に示す構成の感圧センサを用いて、図8に示す構成のセンサ回路を作製した。
実施例2〜6では、抵抗補正係数Coをそれぞれ1/2,1/3,1/4,1/6,1/8としたことを除いて、実施例1と同様の条件でセンサ回路を作製し出力特性の直線性とダイナミックレンジを評価した。その結果、図15の(II)〜(VI)に示す荷重−出力電圧特性をそれぞれ得ることができた。表1に示すように、この実施例2〜6では、感圧センサの出力特性の直線性及びダイナミックレンジはいずれも非常に良好であった。
実施例7では、抵抗補正係数Coを1/16としたことを除いて、実施例1と同様の条件でセンサ回路を作製し出力特性の直線性とダイナミックレンジを評価した。その結果、図15の(VII)に示す荷重−出力電圧特性を得ることができた。表1に示すように、この実施例7では、感圧センサの出力特性の直線性は非常に良好であり、感圧センサのダイナミックレンジは良好であった。
比較例1〜2では、抵抗補正係数Coをそれぞれ3/1,2/1としたことを除いて、実施例1と同様の条件でセンサ回路を作製し出力特性の直線性とダイナミックレンジを評価した。その結果、図15の(VIII)〜(IX)に示す荷重−出力電圧特性を得ることができた。表1に示すように、比較例1〜2では、感圧センサのダイナミックレンジは非常に良好であったが、感圧センサの出力特性の直線性が劣っていた。
比較例3では、抵抗補正係数Coを1/32としたことを除いて、実施例1と同様の条件でセンサ回路を作製し出力特性の直線性とダイナミックレンジを評価した。その結果、図15の(X)に示す荷重−出力電圧特性を得ることができた。表1に示すように、この比較例3では、感圧センサの出力特性の直線性は非常に良好であったが、感圧センサのダイナミックレンジが劣っていた。
実施例8では、感圧センサの使用最大荷重を、印加荷重が1[N]増加する間に感圧センサの抵抗値が50[Ω]低下した時点の荷重としたことを除いて、実施例1と同様の条件でセンサ回路を作製し出力特性の直線性とダイナミックレンジを評価した。その結果、図16の(I)に示す荷重−出力電圧特性を得ることができた。表2に示すように、実施例7では、感圧センサの出力特性の直線性は良好であり、感圧センサのダイナミックレンジは非常に良好であった。
実施例9〜13では、抵抗補正係数Coをそれぞれ1/2,1/3,1/4,1/6,1/8としたことを除いて、実施例8と同様の条件でセンサ回路を作製し出力特性の直線性とダイナミックレンジを評価した。その結果、図16の(II)〜(VI)に示す荷重−出力電圧特性をそれぞれ得ることができた。表2に示すように、実施例9〜13では、感圧センサの出力特性の直線性及びダイナミックレンジはいずれも非常に良好であった。
実施例14では、抵抗補正係数Coを1/16としたことを除いて、実施例8と同様の条件でセンサ回路を作製し出力特性の直線性とダイナミックレンジを評価した。その結果、図16の(VII)に示す荷重−出力電圧特性を得ることができた。表2に示すように、実施例14では、感圧センサの出力特性の直線性は非常に良好であり、感圧センサのダイナミックレンジは良好であった。
