Claims (7)
- 過塩素酸イオン含有液を、550℃〜950℃の加熱炉に注水して過塩素酸イオンを熱分解し、熱分解したガスをガス吸収液に通すことを特徴とする過塩素酸イオン含有液の処理方法。
- 前記過塩素酸イオン含有液の過塩素酸イオン濃度は2.1g/L以下であると共に、
前記ガス吸収液におけるガス吸収後の過塩素酸イオン濃度を1mg/L未満にすることを特徴とする請求項1記載の過塩素酸イオン含有液の処理方法。 - 前記加熱炉の温度は、950℃であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の過塩素酸イオン含有液の処理方法。
- 前記過塩素酸イオン含有液は、濃度290g/L以下の硫酸を含有していることを特徴とする請求項1,2又は3記載の過塩素酸イオン含有液の処理方法。
- 前記ガス吸収液は、濃度20〜50g/Lの硫酸であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の過塩素酸イオン含有液の処理方法。
- 前記過塩素酸イオン含有液は、過塩素酸イオンを吸着したイオン交換樹脂を硫酸にて再生したときに発生した脱離液であり、上記脱離液には、濃度250〜310g/Lの硫酸が含有されていると共に、
上記脱離液に炭酸カルシウムを添加することにより硫酸カルシウムを凝集沈殿させて硫酸を分離することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の過塩素酸イオン含有液の処理方法。 - 注水された過塩素酸イオン含有液の過塩素酸イオンを550〜950℃にて熱分解する加熱炉と、
熱分解したガスをガス吸収液に吸収させるガス吸収手段とが設けられていることを特徴とする過塩素酸イオン含有液の処理装置。
