Description
Claims (13)
- 高揮発分を有する固体燃料を燃焼するための燃焼室であって、
当該燃焼室は、取り囲まれた中空本体を含み、前記固体燃料は、前記中空本体内で燃焼させられ、前記中空本体は、前記中空本体内に取り付けられる、燃料入口と、燃焼の一次空気と二次空気とをもたらす入口と、燃焼する揮発物出口と、使用中、燃焼する揮発物及び燃焼の二次空気の混合物全体が乱流において当該燃焼室から出て前記揮発物の効率的な燃焼をもたらすよう、燃焼する揮発物が前記揮発物出口を通過するときに前記燃焼する揮発物を急激に乱流させるために前記燃焼する揮発物出口と関連付けられる手段とを含み、
前記乱流させる手段は、互いに異なるサイズの複数の孔で構成される燃焼する揮発物出口である、
燃焼室。 - 前記燃焼する揮発物出口は、低減されたボイラ出力で前記燃焼する揮発物出口を通じる燃焼する揮発物の流れを一時的に制限するための手段を有する、請求項1に記載の燃焼室。
- 一次空気をもたらす入口があり、前記燃焼する揮発物出口に隣接して当該燃焼室内に二次空気をもたらす別個の入口を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の燃焼室。
- 高揮発分を有する固体燃料を燃焼するための装置のための火室であって、
当該火室は、ハウジングと、該ハウジング内の燃焼室とを含み、該燃焼室は、取り囲まれた中空本体を含み、前記固体燃料は、前記中空本体内で燃焼させられ、前記中空本体は、前記中空本体内に取り付けられる、燃料入口と、一次空気と二次空気とのための入口と、燃焼する揮発物出口と、使用中、燃焼する揮発物及び燃焼の二次空気の混合物全体が乱流において前記燃焼室から出るよう、前記燃焼する揮発物が前記揮発物出口を通過するときに前記燃焼する揮発物を急激に乱流させるために前記燃焼する揮発物出口と関連付けられる手段とを含み、
使用中、前記ハウジングは、前記燃焼室との間に通路を定めるために前記燃焼室の周りに成形される内側熱移動表面を有することで、使用中、前記燃焼する揮発物出口から出る前記燃焼する揮発物及び二次空気を含む混合物が、前記通路内で前記燃焼室の周りを乱流において循環させられ、前記揮発物の効率的な燃焼をもたらす、
火室。 - 前記乱流させる手段は、互いに異なるサイズの複数の孔で構成される燃焼する揮発物出口である、請求項4に記載の火室。
- 前記燃焼する揮発物出口は、前記燃焼する揮発物出口を通じる燃焼する揮発物の流れを制限するための手段を有する、請求項4又は5に記載の火室。
- 一次空気をもたらす入口があり、前記燃焼する揮発物出口に隣接して前記燃焼室内に二次空気をもたらす別個の入口を含む、請求項4乃至6のうちのいずれか1項に記載の火室。
- 前記通路内で前記燃焼室の周りで循環させるよう前記燃焼する揮発物を方向付けるために、一組の直立する湾曲構造が、前記通路内で前記燃焼室の周りで前記内側熱移動表面の上に取り付けられる、請求項4乃至7のうちのいずれか1項に記載の火室。
- 2つ又はそれよりも多くの燃焼する揮発物出口が、前記中空本体内に取り付けられる、請求項4乃至8のうちのいずれか1項に記載の火室。
- 前記燃焼する揮発物出口は、各出力設定のために前記中空本体の周りの燃焼する揮発物の前記乱流の最適化を促進するよう、前記中空本体の前記表面の周りに位置付けられる、請求項9に記載の火室。
- 前記内側熱移動表面に向かう方向及び離れる方向に前記燃焼室を移動するための手段が提供される、請求項4乃至10のうちのいずれか1項に記載の火室。
- 当該火室内の前記燃焼室を回転させるための手段が設けられる、請求項4乃至11のうちのいずれか1項に記載の火室。
- 前記燃焼室は、当該火室の頂部に位置付けられ、前記燃焼する揮発物出口は、前記燃焼室の上方領域内に取り付けられ、排気ガス出口が、前記燃焼室の下で前記ハウジング内に取り付けられることで、使用中、前記燃焼する揮発物は、前記燃焼する揮発物が前記燃焼する揮発物出口から出るときに、前記排気ガスが前記排気ガス出口を通じて前記燃焼室から出る状態で、前記燃焼する揮発物が冷却し始め、次に、前記通路内に降下するまで、前記通路内で前記燃焼室の頂部の周りで循環する、請求項4乃至12のうちのいずれか1項に記載の火室。
