Description
・可撓性材料製のストリップに実装される金属本体と、
・金属本体に実装され、金属本体に対して上昇した非作動位置から下降した作動位置へ移動可能である、プラスチック材料製のコンタクトケースと、
・コンタクトケースに担持される電気コンタクト部材であって、コンタクトケースが非作動位置から作動位置へ移動する際に、ストリップの材料を刺通し、PCBの導電パッドと接触する刺通端部を有する複数の電気コンタクト部材とを具備し、
・金属本体及びコンタクトケースは、PCBの導電パッド及び電気コンタクト部材間に必要な接圧を確保するように、金属本体及びコンタクトケースを作動位置に保持する協働係合手段を有すること。

Claims (6)
- LEDに電力を供給する導電トラックと、コンタクト端子として機能する導電パッド(6)とを担持する印刷回路基板が組み込まれた、可撓性材料製の本体を具備するLEDストリップシール用の電気コネクタであって、
前記LEDストリップシールに実装される金属本体(9)と、
前記金属本体に実装され、該金属本体に対して上昇した非作動位置から下降した作動位置へ移動可能である、プラスチック材料製のコンタクトケース(10)と、
前記コンタクトケースに担持される電気コンタクト部材(14)であって、前記コンタクトケースが前記非作動位置から前記作動位置へ移動する際に、前記LEDストリップシールの材料を刺通し、前記印刷回路基板の前記導電パッドと接触する刺通端部を有する複数の電気コンタクト部材と
を具備し、
前記金属本体及び前記コンタクトケースは、前記導電パッド及び前記電気コンタクト部材間に必要な接圧を確保するように、前記金属本体及び前記コンタクトケースを前記作動位置に保持する協働係合手段(9c,13)を有することを特徴とする電気コネクタ。 - 前記電気コンタクト部材は、前記コンタクトケースの壁(10a)内に固定された薄い金属層の部分であり、
前記部分の各々は、前記壁の一面から突出する刺通端と、前記壁の反対側の面から突出して各導電体(17)を受容する着座部で形成された反対側の端とを有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の電気コネクタ。 - 前記コネクタは、前記電気コンタクト部材と協働する前記導電体を受容する導電体ケース(16)をさらに具備し、
前記導電体ケースは、前記電気コンタクト部材の前記着座部に受容される位置で前記コンタクトケースの着座部に実装されることを特徴とする請求項2記載の電気コネクタ。 - 前記コネクタは、前記可撓性材料のLEDストリップシールの一端に嵌まる可撓性材料製であり且つ前記金属本体に受容されるように予め配置されたフード(8)をさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項1記載の電気コネクタ。
- 前記金属本体は、下壁(9a)と、2個の側壁(9b)とを有し、
前記2個の側壁の間には前記可撓性材料のLEDストリップシールの一端が受容され、
前記2個の側壁の外面には係止歯(9c)が設けられ、
前記係止歯の各々は、上下方向に配列され前記コンタクトケースの2個の側壁(10b)の各々に形成された2個の離間した開口(12,13)に選択的に係止することを特徴とする請求項4記載の電気コネクタ。 - 前記金属本体は、該金属本体に一旦実装されると、前記可撓性材料のLEDストリップシールの端部のために停止面を形成するよう構成された基部壁(9d)を具備することを特徴とする請求項5記載の電気コネクタ。
