Description

パッチを形成し、これにはパッチに貫通孔を形成することが含まれ;
パッチと構造物のうちの一つにスペーサを配置し;
接着剤層をパッチ及び構造物のうちの一つに形成し、これには接着剤をスペーサを介して塗布することにより、接着剤層の厚さを制御することが含まれ;
接着剤層が形成された後にスペーサを除去し;
構造物にパッチを適用し;
当て板をパッチの上に配置し;
当て板と構造物の間に反当て板を配置し;
パッチ、当て板、及び反当て板の組合せの上に圧力付与装置を装着し;
前記圧力付与装置を使用して、当て板を介してパッチに圧力を印加し;
反当て板を使用して当て板によって印加された圧力をパッチの周囲に制限し;
パッチの上に熱パックを装着し;
熱パックを使用して接着剤を硬化させる

構造物に対して圧縮され構造物に接着されるおおむね平面のパッチであって、複数の貫通孔を含み、これによりパッチを構造物に対して圧縮させるときにパッチと構造物の間の空気がパッチを通って抜け出ることが可能になるパッチと;

個々の長さに切断され、再加工する構造物上の一領域を覆うように構造物上に配置される、ある長さのフィラメントと、
複数のスペーサピンと、
スクリーン
のうちの少なくとも一つを含む実質的に非圧縮性のスペーサ
を含むキット。
パッチを準備し、これにはパッチに複数の貫通孔を形成することが含まれ;
構造物とパッチの間に粘性の接着剤層を配置し;
パッチを構造物に押し付けて;
パッチ内の貫通孔を使用して、パッチが構造物に対して押し付けられるときに、パッチから空気及び/又は接着剤が絞り出されることを可能にする
ことを含む方法。

少なくとも2つのリアクタンス性成分を混合することによって接着剤を準備し;

熱発生装置をパッチの上に適用して接着剤層を硬化させる

熱パックを使用して接着剤を硬化させる

構造物に押し付けられて、接着剤層によって構造物に接着されるおおむね平面の部材であって、構造物に押し付けられた時に、パッチと構造物の間の空気が平面部材を通って抜け出ることを可能にする複数の貫通孔を含む平面部材と;
接着剤層の均一性を制御するために、平面部材と構造物の間に配置される実質的に非圧縮性のスクリーンと;
平面部材を構造物に接着する接着剤層と;
接着剤層の厚さを制御するための接着剤層内のビーズ
を含むパッチ。
また、本発明は以下に記載する態様を含む。
(態様1)
1.構造物の一領域を再加工する方法であって:
パッチを準備し;
粘性接着剤層を構造物とパッチの間に配置し;
スペーサを使用して接着剤層の厚さを制御し;
パッチを構造物に対して圧縮する
ことを含む方法。
(態様2)
2.スペーサの使用には、スペーサをパッチ及び構造物のうちの一つに配置することが含まれ、
粘性接着剤層の配置には、スペーサを介してパッチ及び構造物のうちの一つに接着剤を塗布することが含まれる、態様1に記載の方法。

3.パッチを構造物に対して圧縮する前に、パッチ及び構造物のうちの一つからスペーサを取り除く
ことをさらに含む、態様2に記載の方法。

4.スペーサの使用には、パッチを構造物に対して圧縮する時に接着剤の圧縮を制限するために、パッチ及び構造物の間にスペーサを配置することが含まれる、態様1に記載の方法。

5.スペーサの使用には:
スペーサをパッチ周囲の構造物に配置し;
スペーサを使用してパッチの構造物に対する圧縮を制限する

6.スペーサの使用には、相互に間隔を置いて配置されている構造物及びパッチの間に複数の細長いスペーサ要素を配置することが含まれる、態様1に記載の方法。

15.スペーサが、パッチと構造物の間にそれぞれ配置される複数の細長い繊維を含む、態様10に記載のキット。
Claims (10)
- 構造物の一領域を再加工する方法であって:
パッチを準備し;
粘性接着剤層を構造物とパッチの間に配置し;
接着剤が通る実質的に非圧縮性のスクリーンを含むスペーサを使用して接着剤層の厚さを制御し;
パッチを構造物に対して圧縮する
ことを含む方法。 - スペーサの使用には、スペーサをパッチ及び構造物のうちの一つに配置することが含まれ、
粘性接着剤層の配置には、スペーサを介してパッチ及び構造物のうちの一つに接着剤を塗布することが含まれる、請求項1に記載の方法。 - スペーサの使用には、パッチを構造物に対して圧縮する時に接着剤の圧縮を制限するために、パッチ及び構造物の間にスペーサを配置することが含まれる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- スペーサの使用には、相互に間隔を置いて配置されている構造物及びパッチの間に複数の細長いスペーサ要素を配置することが含まれる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- パッチの準備には、パッチに複数の貫通孔を形成して、パッチが圧縮される時にパッチの下から空気が抜け出ることができるようにすることが含まれる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 上に配置されてパッチに圧力をかけるようになっている当て板と、当て板と構造物の間の反当て板とを用いて、パッチを圧縮する時に、パッチの周辺部にかかる圧力を制限する
ことをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 構造物の一領域を再加工するキットであって:
再加工領域を覆って、構造物に対して圧縮されるのに適したパッチと;
パッチ部材を構造物に接着する粘性接着剤と;
パッチを構造物に接着するのに使用される接着剤の層の厚さを制御するために使用されるスペーサであって接着剤が通る実質的に非圧縮性のスクリーンを含むスペーサ
を含むキット。 - パッチが硬化繊維強化ポリマー複合材である、請求項7に記載のキット。
- スペーサが、接着剤に混入されるようになっている事前に計量された量の実質的に非圧縮性のビーズを含む、請求項7に記載のキット。
- スペーサが、パッチと構造物の間にそれぞれ配置されるようになっている複数の細長い繊維を含む、請求項7に記載のキット。
