Claims (5)
- 複数のニーディングディスクを軸方向に沿って配列してなる混練部を有する同一形状に形成されて並列配置され、同一方向に非接触で回転する2つのスクリュと、前記スクリュが内部に配される2つの筒状部を有するバレルと、を備え、前記スクリュの回転軸線に対して前記ニーディングディスクの外径中心が偏心している二軸スクリュ押出機において、
前記バレルの前記筒状部の半径をRB、前記ニーディングディスクの、フライトが形成された軸部の半径をRS、前記2つのスクリュの軸間距離をCLとして、
CL=RB+RS
を満たし、
前記スクリュの軸方向に直交する断面において、前記フライト頂部と前記バレルとの間に、前記バレルの前記筒状部の内部で前記スクリュを回転可能にするクリアランスCRが設けられ、
前記スクリュの直径をDSとして、
DS=CL−CR
を満たし、
前記フライト頂部には、前記スクリュの径方向に対して深さHを有する複数の切り欠き溝が、前記フライト頂部の周方向に沿って形成されると共に、前記複数の切り欠き溝の底の位置が、前記軸部の半径R S の位置とそれぞれ等しくされ、

前記バレルの前記筒状部の中心に対する前記ニーディングディスクの外径中心の偏心量をAとすれば、

を満たしている、請求項1または2に記載の二軸スクリュ押出機。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の二軸スクリュ押出機を用いて、樹脂材を混練する、混練方法。
- 前記樹脂材に、前記樹脂材の10重量%以上の添加材を添加して混練する、請求項4に記載の混練方法。
