Claims (15)
- 骨セメントを混合及び排出するための装置(10)であって、
混合シリンダ(20)が設けられており、該混合シリンダ内に混合プランジャ(21)が配置されており、
該混合プランジャ(21)が、第1のシリンダ端部(30)においてシールされながら案内されている作動ロッド(50)によって軸方向に可動であり、
前記第1のシリンダ端部(30)の領域に配置されておりかつ作動ロッド(50)上で軸方向に可動でありかつ混合シリンダ(20)を気密にシールしているシーリングプランジャ(42)が設けられている形式のものにおいて、
殺菌プランジャ(41)が設けられており、該殺菌プランジャ(41)が、前記第1のシリンダ端部(30)の領域において混合プランジャ(21)とシーリングプランジャ(42)との間に配置されており、かつ前記シーリングプランジャ(42)とは別個に作動ロッド(50)上で軸方向に可動でありかつ混合シリンダ(20)をガス透過可能にシールしており、
殺菌プランジャ(41)とシーリングプランジャ(42)とが2部構成プランジャシステムを形成していることを特徴とする、骨セメントを混合及び排出するための装置(10)。 - 骨セメント粉末に殺菌剤を拡散させるために殺菌プランジャ(41)が混合シリンダ(20)をガス透過可能にシールしており、骨セメント粉末に結合剤、特にモノマーを拡散させるためにシーリングプランジャ(42)が混合シリンダ(20)を気密にシールしている、請求項1記載の装置。
- プランジャシステム(40)が作動ロッド(50)を包囲している、請求項1又は2記載の装置(10)。
- シーリングプランジャ(42)が殺菌プランジャ(41)上に挿入されることができる、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の装置(10)。
- 骨セメント粉末と結合剤、特にモノマーとを混合することによって準備された骨セメントを排出開口(23)を通じて排出するために、プランジャシステム(40)が軸方向に混合シリンダ(20)に押し込まれることができる、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記排出開口が、結合手段(22)、特に結合ねじ山を有している、請求項5記載の装置(10)。
- 作動ロッド(50)が、所定の破断個所(51)を有している、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の装置(10)。
- 殺菌プランジャ(41)が、シール可能な、特に復元可能にシール可能な充填開口(69)を有している、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の装置(10)。
- プランジャシステム(40)及び/又は殺菌プランジャ(41)及び/又はシーリングプランジャ(42)が、少なくとも1つの真空接続部(68)を有している、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 殺菌プランジャが、5μmよりも小さな粒子が通過できるガス透過性格子を有している、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の骨セメントを混合及び排出するための装置(10)と、結合剤、特にモノマーのための貯蔵エレメント(110)と、ベースエレメント(120)とを有する骨セメントシステム(100)において、
ベースエレメント(120)が装置(10)と貯蔵エレメント(110)とを収容していることを特徴とする、骨セメントシステム(100)。 - 前記ベースエレメント(120)が、装置(10)、特に装置(10)の排出開口(23)への非ポジティブ及び/又はポジティブな嵌合接続のための連結手段(121)を有している、請求項11記載の骨セメントシステム(100)。
- 前記貯蔵エレメント(110)が、結合剤、特にモノマーのための貯蔵容器(112)を収容しており、特に貯蔵容器(112)がガラス容器である、請求項11又は12記載の骨セメントシステム(100)。
- 貯蔵容器(112)からのモノマーの流出を制御及び/又は開始するために、貯蔵容器(110)が弁手段(115)を有している、請求項11から13までのいずれか1項記載の骨セメントシステム(100)。
- ベースエレメントが搬送手段(122)を有しており、モノマーが貯蔵容器(112)から搬送手段(122)を通って装置(10)内へ、特に混合シリンダ(20)内へ流れるようになっている、請求項11から14までのいずれか1項記載の骨セメントシステム(100)。
