Claims (11)
- 骨再建器具であって、
少なくとも第1のリンクと、長手方向に沿って延びる長さ方向軸線に沿って前記第1のリンクに連結される第2のリンクとを含む細長いリンク機構体を有し、各リンクがリンク本体を形成し、各リンクが1)前記長手方向に沿って前記リンク本体を貫通して延びるチャネルと、2)前記長手方向と垂直である垂直方向に沿って前記リンク本体を貫通して延びる孔であって、前記チャネルの一部は前記孔に開口している、前記孔と、3)前記リンク本体の第1端から前記長手方向に沿って延びる舌部と、4)前記第1端と反対の前記リンク本体の第2端に延びる凹部と、を形成し、
前記リンクのうちの少なくとも1つの方向的配向状態及び角度的配向状態のうちの少なくとも一方の調節を可能にする調節組立体を有し、前記調節組立体は、前記チャネル内に摺動可能に受け入れられたコネクタを含み、前記コネクタの一部が前記孔内に突出し、前記第1のリンク及び前記第2のリンクのうちの一方の前記凹部は、前記第1のリンク及び前記第2のリンクの互いに対しての移動を導くように、前記第1のリンク及び前記第2のリンクのうちの他方の舌部を受け入れるように形成され、
前記リンクのうちの少なくとも1つの前記配向状態の調節を可能にする稼働解除形態と前記リンクのうちの少なくとも1つの前記配向状態の調節を阻止する稼働係合形態との間で動作可能なロック組立体を有し、前記ロック組立体は、前記孔を通って挿入可能に構成されたロック部材を含み、前記ロック部材は前記コネクタ上に付勢力をもたらすように形成され、この付勢力は前記垂直方向と垂直である水平方向に沿って延びる方向成分を有している、再建器具。 - 前記ロック部材は、前記付勢力を前記コネクタに直接的に加えるよう構成されている、請求項1記載の骨再建器具。
- 前記リンク機構体のうちの少なくとも1つには、これを貫通して延びる孔が形成され、前記ロック部材は、前記コネクタに直接係合するよう構成された締結具から成る、請求項1記載の骨再建器具。
- 前記ロック部材は、前記付勢力を前記コネクタに間接的に加える、請求項1記載の骨再建器具。
- 前記リンク機構体のうちの少なくとも1つには、これを貫通して延びる孔が形成され、前記再建器具は、前記孔内に設けられたインサートを更に有し、前記インサートは、前記ロック部材を受け入れるよう構成されている、請求項4記載の骨再建器具。
- 前記インサートは、前記孔内で角度調節可能である、請求項5記載の骨再建器具。
- 前記リンクのうちの少なくとも1つを貫通して延びていて、前記ロック部材を受け入れるよう構成された孔を更に有し、前記チャネルは、前記孔と同一の広がりをもつ、請求項1記載の骨再建器具。
- 前記チャネルは、前記第1のリンク及び前記第2のリンクの一方の側方端部のところに設けられ、複数の脊椎状セグメントが、反対側の側方端部のところで前記第1のリンク及び前記第2のリンクを互いに結合している、請求項1記載の骨再建器具。
- 各リンクには、前記リンク本体を貫通して延びる第2のチャネルが更に形成され、前記調節組立体は、前記第2のチャネル内に摺動可能に受け入れられた第2の連結部材を有し、前記ロック部材は、付勢力を両方のコネクタに与えるようになっている、請求項1記載の骨再建器具。
- 骨再建器具であって、
少なくとも第1のリンクと、長手方向に沿って延びる長さ方向軸線に沿って前記第1のリンクに連結される第2のリンクとを含む細長いリンク機構体を有し、各リンクがリンク本体を形成し、各リンクが、1)前記長手方向と垂直である垂直方向に沿って前記リンク本体を貫通して延びる孔と、2)前記長手方向に沿って前記リンク本体を貫通して延びるチャネルであって、前記チャネルの一部が、前記孔に開口されている、前記チャネルと、3)前記リンク本体の第1端から前記長手方向に沿って延びる舌部と、4)前記第1端と反対の前記リンク本体の第2端に延びる凹部と、を形成し、
前記リンクのうちの少なくとも1つの方向的配向状態及び角度的配向状態のうちの少なくとも一方の調節を可能にする調節組立体を有し、前記調節組立体は、前記チャネル内に摺動可能に受け入れられたコネクタを含み、前記コネクタの一部が前記孔内に突出し、前記第1のリンク及び前記第2のリンクのうちの一方の前記凹部は、前記第1のリンク及び前記第2のリンクの互いに対しての移動を導くように、前記第1のリンク及び前記第2のリンクのうちの他方の舌部を受け入れるように形成され、
