Description
Claims (9)
- 剛性ビードと、少なくとも1つの金属層(2)とを備える金属平形ガスケットであって、
該金属ガスケットは、該金属ガスケットにおける少なくとも1つの金属層(2)に形成された少なくとも1つの剛性ビード(6)を備え、該剛性ビード(6)は互いに対向する2つの側面(8,10)を含み、更に前記ガスケットは、前記剛性ビード(6)の周方向において前記2つの側面(8,10)間に、前記少なくとも1つの金属層(2)にエンボス加工により互いに隣接させて成形したビード部分(18,20,22)からなり互いに隣接して平行に延在する少なくとも2列(12,14,16)を備え、前記ビード部分が前記層の一側に凹部を、また他側に凸部を形成しつつ前記剛性ビード(6)と共に連続的な輪郭を形成し、更に前記ビード部分(18,20,22)の前記凸部は、前記剛性ビード(6)の凸部とは逆向きに配置され、前記ビード部分(18,20,22)が前記剛性ビードを支持することにより、該剛性ビードの完全な平坦化を防止し、前記剛性ビード(6)及び前記ビード部分(18,20,22)の列(12,14,16)が、少なくとも部分的に円弧状に延在し、前記列(12,14,16)の1つにおける前記ビード部分(18,20,22)は、隣接する列のビード部分(18,20,22)に対して位置をずらして配置され、前記ビード部分(18,20,22)は、2°〜4°の中心角に対応する長さを有する金属平形ガスケット。 - 請求項1記載の金属平形ガスケットにおいて、前記少なくとも2列における少なくとも1列のビード部分(18,20,22)の高さ及び/又は幅が、前記ビード部分(18,20,22)の列に沿って変化している金属平形ガスケット。
- 請求項1記載の金属平形ガスケットにおいて、前記ビード部分(18,20,22)が波形断面を有する金属平形ガスケット。
- 請求項1記載の金属平形ガスケットにおいて、前記ビード部分(18,20,22)における側面領域の厚さが、前記金属層の層厚に比べて漸減している金属平形ガスケット。
- 請求項1記載の金属平形ガスケットにおいて、前記ビード部分(18,20,22)が台形断面を有する金属平形ガスケット。
- 請求項1記載の金属平形ガスケットにおいて、該ガスケットが、少なくとも1つの燃焼室開口を更に備え、該燃焼室開口が、前記剛性ビード(6)及び前記ビード部分(18,20,22)の少なくとも2列により包囲されている金属平形ガスケット。
- 請求項1記載の金属平形ガスケットにおいて、該ガスケットが、前記剛性ビードの前記側面間以外の箇所に配置されるビード部分(200,202)からなる少なくとも1列を更に備える金属平形ガスケット。
- 請求項1記載の金属平形ガスケットにおいて、該金属平形ガスケットが、シリンダヘッド用ガスケットである金属平形ガスケット。
- 請求項1記載の、剛性ビードを備える金属平形ガスケットを製造するためのプレス/エンボス加工用ツール。
