Description
Claims (5)
- 耐摩耗及び耐剥傷性保護被膜と、担体材料から成るピストンリングであって、該耐摩耗及び耐剥傷性保護被膜が熱伝導率が少なくとも180W/(m・K)をもつ少なくとも5体積%が窒化アルミから成り、全厚みが5〜60μmであり、周期的に堆積された多層保護被膜から成り、各周期が少なくとも2個別層から成り、該2個別層がAl−N層及びCr−N層から成ることを特徴とするピストンリング。
- 多層保護被膜の個別層の厚みを、>15nm、上限1μmまでとすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のピストンリング。
- 多層保護被膜の個別層の厚みを、≧2nm、上限15nmまでとすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のピストンリング。
- 担体材料はスチールである請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のピストンリング。
- 担体材料は注型物である請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のピストンリング。
