Description
Claims (8)
- シフト可能な制御リング(12)内において回転する半径方向に摺動可能なベーン(14)を備えたポンプロータであって、前記制御リング(12)は、該制御リング(12)を高圧送体積方向へ押し付ける第1のプランジャ(24)によって押し付けられる、ポンプロータ(13)と、
加圧された潤滑剤の吐出し圧力を制御するための圧力制御システムであって、該圧力制御システムは、第1の圧力制御チャンバ(25)を有し、該第1の圧力制御チャンバ(25)内に前記第1のプランジャ(24)が軸方向可動に設けられている、圧力制御システムと、
ポンプ出口ポート(21)を前記第1の圧力制御チャンバ(25)と接続する第1の圧力導管(82,87)と、
前記第1の圧力制御チャンバ(25)における圧力を制御する第1の圧力制御弁(60)と、を備える、内燃機関(70)に加圧された潤滑剤を提供する可変容量形潤滑剤ポンプ(10)であって、
前記第1の圧力制御チャンバ(25)の側壁(27)における出口開口(26)を備え、該出口開口(26)は、第2の圧力制御弁(30)によって制御可能であり、該第2の圧力制御弁(30)は前記出口開口(26)と低圧源との間に位置決めされており、
前記第2の圧力制御弁(30)は、前記ポンプロータ(13)と機械的に接続されかつ該ポンプロータ(13)の高回転速度において閉鎖する遠心弁であり、
前記出口開口(26)は、低圧送体積位置においては第1のプランジャ(24)によって閉鎖され、高圧送体積位置においては開放させられることを特徴とする、内燃機関(70)用の加圧された潤滑剤を提供する可変容量形潤滑剤ポンプ(10)。 - 前記第2の圧力制御弁(30)は、前記ポンプロータ(13)によって回転させられる回転可能な本体(32)を有し、該本体(32)には制御開口(36)が設けられており、該制御開口(36)は、前記本体(32)に旋回可能に取り付けられた弁体(33)によって閉鎖可能であり、該弁体(33)は、プレテンショニングエレメント(34)によって開放位置に保持されており、前記制御開口(36)は、前記弁体(33)の開放位置において開放している、請求項1記載の可変容量形潤滑剤ポンプ(10)。
- 前記制御開口(36)は、前記本体(32)の円筒状の周壁(38)に半径方向に位置決めされている、請求項2記載の可変容量形潤滑剤ポンプ(10)。
- 前記第2の圧力制御弁(30)には、弁ハウジング(35)と前記本体(32)との間においてプレチャンバ(31)が設けられている、請求項2又は3記載の可変容量形潤滑剤ポンプ(10)。
- 前記第2の圧力制御弁(30)には、前記弁ハウジング(35)の側壁(39)における出口開口(37)が設けられている、請求項4項記載の可変容量形潤滑剤ポンプ(10)。
- 前記第1の圧力制御弁(60)は、前記ポンプ(10)の前記出口ポート(21)と接続されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の可変容量形潤滑剤ポンプ(10)。
- 前記第1の圧力導管(82,87)に圧力絞り弁(67)が位置決めされている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の可変容量形潤滑剤ポンプ(10)。
- 前記プレテンショニングエレメント(34)は、ばねである、請求項2項記載の可変容量形潤滑剤ポンプ。
