Claims (11)
- タッチセンサ入力を有するディスプレイ装置であって、
表示層(10)、及び
前記表示層の上方に位置し、第1電極アレイ(18)と第2電極アレイ(22)を含み、前記第1電極アレイの電極が前記第2電極アレイに平行に配置されていないタッチセンサ構造(16、18、20、22)を含み、
前記第1電極アレイ(18)は、タッチセンサ領域の第1占有率を占有し、前記第2電アレイ(22)は、タッチセンサ領域の異なる第2占有率を占有し、
前記電極アレイは、その長さ方向に沿った拡大部(32a、32b)を有する直線の電極線(30a、30b)をそれぞれ含み、他のアレイの電極線(30a、30b)の間の間隔幅に対応する前記拡大部(32a、32b)の間の間隙を有し、1つのアレイの前記拡大部は、他のアレイの前記拡大部に異なるサイズを有し、
前記拡大部(32a、32b)は、ダイヤモンド型であり、
前記第1占有率は、前記第2占有率より少なくとも0.1多いことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記第1電極アレイ(18)は、前記下方の表示層により近接し、より大きな占有を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記電極アレイ(18、22)は、タッチセンサ領域内のその長さに沿った一定幅を有する直線の電極線(40a、40b)をそれぞれ含み、1つのアレイの前記電極線(40)は、他のアレイの前記電極線に異なる幅を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記2つの電極アレイは、同じ間隔幅を有することを特徴とする、請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記第1占有率は、前記第2占有率より少なくとも0.2多いことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記第1占有率は、前記第2占有率より少なくとも0.3多いことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の装置。
- タッチセンサ構造は、前記第1(18)と前記第2電極アレイ(22)の間のガラス基板(20)と、前記表示層(10)の反対側のガラス基板(20)上に位置した前記第2電極アレイ(22)上の耐磨耗層(24)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記表示層(10)とタッチセンサ構造(16、18、20、22)の間のカラーフィルタアレイ(14)を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記表示層(10)は、液晶層を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1ないし8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記表示層(10)とタッチセンサ構造(16、18、20、22)の間の上共通電極面(12)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記第1電極アレイは全て平行配置されており、前記第2電極アレイは全て平行配置されており、前記第1電極アレイは前記第2電極アレイに垂直に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし10のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
