Description
分散処理工程:鉄含金顔料C.I. Pigment Green 8(Chempro Exports/Chem India Pigments製)と分散剤(デモールRN:北広ケミカル株式会社製)とポリビニルピロリドンとを重量比1:1:1の比率で水中に分散させた。
分散処理工程:C.I.Pigment Green 8(Chempro Exports/Chem India Pigments製)と分散剤(エパン485:第一工業製薬株式会社製)とを重量比1:1の比率で水中に分散させた。
分散処理工程:C.I.Pigment Green 8(Chempro Exports/Chem India Pigments製)と分散剤(デモールRN:北広ケミカル株式会社製)とポリビニルピロリドンとを重量比1:1:1の比率で水中に分散させた。
分散処理工程:C.I.Pigment Green 8(Chempro Exports/Chem India Pigments製)と分散剤(デモールRN:北広ケミカル株式会社製)とポリビニルピロリドンとを重量比1:1:1の比率で水中に分散させた。
カチオン可染ポリエステル地を染料C.I. Basic Yellow 28(Nichilon Golden Yellow GL:日成化成株式会社製)4.0%o.w.f、染色助剤(アボランUL75:バイエル社製)1.0g/L、90%酢酸0.2g/L及び酢酸ナトリウム0.2g/Lを加えて配合した染浴に浴比1:20の割合で浸漬し、110℃下30分間染色した。結果を表4に示す。
分散処理工程:C.I.Pigment Green 8(Chempro Exports/Chem India Pigments製)と分散剤(デモールRN:北広ケミカル株式会社製)とポリビニルピロリドンとを重量比1:1:1の比率で水中に分散させた。
分散処理工程:C.I.Pigment Green 8(Chempro Exports/Chem India Pigments製)と分散剤(デモールRN:北広ケミカル株式会社製)とポリビニルピロリドンとを重量比1:1:1の比率で水中に分散させた。
分散処理工程:C.I.Pigment Green 8(Chempro Exports/Chem India Pigments製)と分散剤(デモールRN:北広ケミカル株式会社製)とポリビニルピロリドンとを重量比1:1:1の比率で水中に分散させた。
分散処理工程:C.I.Pigment Green 8(Chempro Exports/Chem India Pigments製)と分散剤(デモールRN:北広ケミカル株式会社製)とポリビニルピロリドンとを重量比1:1:1の比率で水中に分散させた。
被処理繊維を羊毛(羊毛サージ:株式会社色染社製)とした外、実施例21〜25と同様の方法により処理した。C.I. Pigment Green 8の濃度及び結果を表6に示す。
先ず、C.I. Pigment Green 8(Chempro Exports/Chem India Pigments製)と分散剤(デモールRN:北広ケミカル株式会社製)とポリビニルピロリドンとを重量比1:1:1の比率で水中に分散させた(分散処理工程)。
先ず、実施例36と同様に、C.I. Pigment Green 8と分散剤(デモールRN)とポリビニルピロリドンとを重量比1:1:1の比率で水中に分散させた(分散処理工程)。
先ず、染料として0.171%o.w.fのKayacryl Yellow 3RL-ED、0.036%o.w.f のKayacryl Blue BG-ED及び0.0196%o.w.f のC.D.P.N.Red GL-ID(C.I. Basic Red 46)の三種類を配合し、染色助剤として1.0%o.w.fのデスパロン100AW-Nと、90%酢酸0.2g/Lと酢酸ナトリウム0.2g/Lとを加えて配合した染浴にカチオン可染ポリエステル地を浴比1:20の割合で浸漬し、110℃下30分間染色した。

- 繊維に鉄含金顔料C.I. Pigment Green 8を吸着させてなる赤外線吸収能繊維。
- 繊維に鉄含金顔料C.I. Pigment Green 8を吸着させてなり、CIELAB座標における明度L*が60以上であって、かつ、波長830nmにおける赤外線反射率が40%未満であることを特徴とする赤外線吸収能繊維。
- 鉄含金顔料C.I. Pigment Green 8を吸着してCIELAB座標における明度L*が60以上となっている繊維を所望の色に染色してなる、波長830nmにおける赤外線反射率が40%未満である赤外線吸収能繊維。
- 鉄含金顔料C.I. Pigment Green 8を濃度0.1〜2.0%o.w.f で吸着させてなる請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の赤外線吸収能繊維。
- 鉄含金顔料C.I. Pigment Green 8の濃度が0.1〜0.5%o.w.f であって、繊維がナイロン又はウールである請求項4記載の赤外線吸収能繊維。
- 鉄含金顔料C.I. Pigment Green 8の濃度が0.5〜1.5%o.w.fであって、繊維がポリエステル、アクリル、ビニロン及びポリエステルを含有する複合素材から一種選ばれる請求項4記載の赤外線吸収能繊維。
- 鉄含金顔料C.I. Pigment Green 8の濃度が1.75%o.w.f以上であって、繊維がシルクである請求項4記載の赤外線吸収能繊維。
- ナイロン繊維又はウール繊維に鉄含金顔料C.I. PigmentGreen 8を濃度0.3〜0.5%o.w.fで吸着させてなり、CIELAB座標における明度L*が60以上であって、かつ、波長830nmにおける赤外線反射率が30%未満であることを特徴とする赤外線吸収能繊維。
- 濃度0.3〜0.5%o.w.fの鉄含金顔料C.I.Pigment Green 8を吸着してCIELAB座標における明度L*が60以上となっているナイロン繊維又はウール繊維を所望の色に染色してなる、波長830nmにおける赤外線反射率が30%未満である赤外線吸収能繊維。
- ポリエステル繊維に鉄含金顔料C.I. PigmentGreen 8を濃度1.0〜1.5%o.w.fで吸着させてなり、CIELAB座標における明度L*が60以上であって、かつ、波長830nmにおける赤外線反射率が30%未満であることを特徴とする赤外線吸収能繊維。
- 濃度1.0〜1.5%o.w.fの鉄含金顔料C.I.Pigment Green 8を吸着してCIELAB座標における明度L*が60以上となっているポリエステル繊維を所望の色に染色してなる、波長830nmにおける赤外線反射率が30%未満である赤外線吸収能繊維。
- シルク繊維に鉄含金顔料C.I. Pigment Green 8を濃度1.75%o.w.f以上で吸着させてなり、CIELAB座標における明度L*が60以上であって、かつ、波長830nmにおける赤外線反射率が40%未満であることを特徴とする赤外線吸収能繊維。
- 濃度1.75%o.w.f以上の鉄含金顔料C.I.Pigment Green 8を吸着してCIELAB座標における明度L*が60以上となっているシルク繊維を所望の色に染色してなる、波長830nmにおける赤外線反射率が40%未満である赤外線吸収能繊維。
- 鉄含金顔料C.I. Pigment Green 8を繊維に吸着させることを特徴とする赤外線吸収能付与方法。
- 鉄含金顔料C.I. Pigment Green 8を分散させた浴に繊維を漬浸してCIELAB座標の明度L*が60以上であって、かつ、波長830nmにおける赤外線反射率が40%未満になる吸着加工を施す工程を含んでいる請求項14記載の赤外線吸収能付与方法。
- 鉄含金顔料C.I. Pigment Green 8を濃度0.1〜2.0%o.w.f で吸着させる請求項14又は請求項15記載の赤外線吸収能付与方法。
- 鉄含金顔料C.I. Pigment Green 8の濃度が0.1〜0.5%o.w.f であって、繊維がナイロン又はウールである請求項16記載の赤外線吸収能付与方法。
- 鉄含金顔料C.I. Pigment Green 8の濃度が0.5〜1.5%o.w.fであって、繊維がポリエステル、アクリル、ビニロン及びポリエステルを含有する複合素材から一種選ばれる請求項16記載の赤外線吸収能付与方法。
- 鉄含金顔料C.I. Pigment Green 8の濃度が1.75%o.w.f以上であって、繊維がシルクである請求項16記載の赤外線吸収能付与方法。
- 鉄含金顔料C.I. Pigment Green 8を用いてナイロン繊維又はウール繊維に赤外線吸収能を付与する赤外線吸収能付与方法であって、当該PigmentGreen 8の濃度が0.3〜0.5%o.w.fとなっている浴にナイロン繊維又はウール繊維を漬浸してCIELAB座標の明度L*が60以上であって、かつ、波長830nmにおける赤外線反射率が30%未満になる吸着加工を施す工程を含んでいることを特徴とする赤外線吸収能付与方法。
- 鉄含金顔料C.I. Pigment Green 8を用いてポリエステル繊維に赤外線吸収能を付与する赤外線吸収能付与方法であって、当該PigmentGreen 8の濃度が1.0〜1.5%o.w.fとなっている浴にポリエステル繊維を漬浸してCIELAB座標の明度L*が60以上であって、かつ、波長830nmにおける赤外線反射率が30%未満になる吸着加工を施す工程を含んでいることを特徴とする赤外線吸収能付与方法。
- 鉄含金顔料C.I. Pigment Green 8を用いてシルク繊維に赤外線吸収能を付与する赤外線吸収能付与方法であって、当該PigmentGreen 8の濃度が1.75%o.w.f以上となっている浴にシルク繊維を漬浸してCIELAB座標の明度L*が60以上であって、かつ、波長830nmにおける赤外線反射率が40%未満になる吸着加工を施す工程を含んでいることを特徴とする赤外線吸収能付与方法。
- 鉄含金顔料C.I. Pigment Green 8を繊維に吸着させて該鉄含金顔料C.I. Pigment Green 8に含まれる鉄分を担持した該繊維を所望の色に染色する請求項15乃至請求項22のいずれかに記載の赤外線吸収能付与方法。
- 吸着加工を施す工程の後に、所望の色に染色する工程を備えている請求項23記載の赤外線吸収能付与方法。
- 吸着加工を施す工程と所望の色に染色する工程とを一つの工程として実施する請求項23記載の赤外線吸収能付与方法。
- 吸着加工を施す工程と所望の色に染色する工程とを同浴にて同時に行う請求項23記載の赤外線吸収能付与方法。
