Claims (11)
- 貫通穴と、両側に位置する第1および第2の端部と、を有している、非導電性の絶縁性材料からなる外側スリーブと、
前記スリーブを通って延びており、前記スリーブの両側の前記端部から外方に延びる、両側に位置する第1および第2の端部を有している電気導体シャフトと、を備え、
前記導体シャフトが、前記スリーブの前記第1および第2の端部をそれぞれ通って内側に延びる第1および第2の導体部分を含んでおり、該導体部分が、前記スリーブの内側で電気的に導通しており、
前記第1の導体部分と前記外側スリーブとの間を第1の気密シールが延び、前記第2の導体部分と前記外側スリーブとの間を第2の気密シールが延び、
前記外側スリーブの長さの少なくとも一部にわたって、導電性材料からなる外側コーティングが延びている電気貫通体ユニット。 - 少なくとも一方の前記導体部分が、前記導体間の電気的な導通を維持しつつ他方の前記導体部分に対して移動可能である請求項1に記載の貫通体ユニット。
- 前記第1および第2の導体部分が、内側端に収縮可能に係合した金属導体ピンを含んでいる請求項2に記載の貫通体ユニット。
- 前記第1の導体部分が可撓導体を含んでおり、前記第2の導体部分が剛性を有する金属導体を含んでおり、該導体が、電気的に導通している内側端を有しており、前記可撓導体が、熱による膨張および収縮に適応すべく移動するように構成されている請求項2に記載の貫通体ユニット。
- 前記外側スリーブが、大径の中央部と、小径の第1および第2の端部と、前記中央部と前記第1および第2の端部のそれぞれとの間の第1および第2の肩部と、を含む段差のある直径の外面を有し、
前記外側コーティングが、前記ハウジングの前記大径の中央部並びに前記小径の第1および第2の端部の少なくとも一部分に延びている請求項1に記載の貫通体ユニット。 - 前記気密シールが、導電性材料からなるシール用スリーブを含んでいる請求項1に記載の貫通体ユニット。
- 前記シール用スリーブおよび導体シャフトが金属からなり、前記外側スリーブがセラミック材料からなり、
前記第1および第2のシール用スリーブの各々が、ろう付け結合部によってセラミック製の前記外側スリーブに固定され、ろう付けまたは溶接結合部によって前記導体部分のそれぞれに固定されている請求項5に記載の貫通体ユニット。 - 前記気密シールが、前記導体シャフトよりも低い熱膨張率を有する合金金属からなる請求項1に記載の貫通体ユニット。
- 導電性または半導電性材料からなり、前記外側スリーブと前記導体シャフトとの間に位置する中間層を更に備えている請求項1に記載の貫通体ユニット。
- 前記導体シャフトと絶縁性の前記スリーブとの間に隙間をもたらす、前記貫通穴に設けられた導電性または半導電性のコーティング層を更に備えている請求項1に記載の貫通体ユニット。
- 貫通穴を有している外側貫通体ハウジングを更に備え、前記外側スリーブが、前記外側ハウジング貫通穴を通って延びている請求項1に記載の貫通体ユニット。
