Description
図1は、欧州特許第1,736,231号による従来技術の一例としてのCO2捕獲設備を例示する。炭素質燃料の燃焼による排気ガスは、排気路1を通りCO2捕獲設備に入る。路1の排気ガスは、電気エネルギーを生産するための燃焼による高温熱エネルギーを利用することで大幅に冷却される。路を通ってCO2捕獲設備に入る排気の温度は、通常約120℃から約90℃である。路1からの排気ガスは、当該ガスを水と飽和させ、例えば、約35℃から約60℃の温度に冷却する冷却部(図示せず)へ随意に導入される。
当該液相を加熱することで路4の希薄な吸収剤の温度を上げ、この追加の熱を熱交換器7の豊富な吸収剤へ輸送させ、当該再生器に入れるときのその温度が上がる。
Claims (11)
- 吸収したCO2を有する吸収剤、つまり豊富な吸収剤を再生し、再生された吸収剤、つまり希薄な吸収剤と、CO2とを生み出すための方法であって、前記方法において、前記豊富な吸収剤の流れは再生カラムに導入され、前記再生カラムでは、前記豊富な吸収剤が、前記再生カラムの基部にある再沸器の希薄な吸収剤を加熱することにより少なくとも部分的に発生した水蒸気に向流しつつ下方に流れ、そこで放出されたCO2及び水蒸気は、前記カラムの上部から回収された後に分離され、除去されたCO 2 の流れと、前記カラムへと再循環される凝縮水とを生成し、そこで前記希薄な吸収剤が気化弁を経由して気化され、気化槽で前記再生カラム内に圧縮され戻される気相、及び前記豊富な吸収剤に対して熱交換することにより冷却される希薄な吸収剤を主に含む液相に分離され、前記気相及び/又は希薄な吸収剤が、前記気化弁を離れた後に熱媒体に対して熱交換され、前記気相及び前記希薄な吸収剤が、前記気化弁と前記気化槽との間に設けられた熱交換器で加熱される方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記気相及び前記希薄な吸収剤が前記気化槽に設けられた熱コイルにより加熱される方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記希薄な吸収剤が、前記気化槽を離れた後、及び前記希薄な吸収剤が前記豊富な吸収剤に対して熱交換される前に、熱交換器で加熱される方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記気相が、前記気化槽を離れた後、及び前記気相を含む気体が圧縮される前に、熱交換器で加熱される方法。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の方法であって、前記熱媒体が蒸気であり、前記蒸気からの凝縮液が前記再沸器の加熱により生じる方法。
- CO2を含有する気体からCO2を捕獲する方法であって、前記CO2を含有する気体が、前記気体が液体吸収剤に向流して流れる吸収カラムに導入され、吸収したCO2を有する吸収剤、つまり豊富な吸収剤及び大気中に放出されるCO2気体の流れを生み出し、前記豊富な吸収剤は前記吸収器から回収されて再生カラムに導入され、前記再生カラムでは、前記豊富な吸収剤が、前記再生カラムの基部にある再沸器内で再生された吸収剤、つまり希薄な吸収剤を加熱することにより少なくとも部分的に発生した水蒸気に向流しつつ下方に流れ、そこで放出されたCO2及び水蒸気は、前記カラムの上部から回収された後に分離され、除去されたCO2の流れと、前記カラムへと再循環される凝縮水とを生成し、前記希薄な吸収剤が気化弁を経由して気化され、気化槽で前記再生カラム内に圧縮され戻される気相、及び前記吸収カラムに再導入される前に前記豊富な吸収剤に対して熱交換することにより冷却される希薄な吸収剤を主に含む液相に分離され、前記気相及び/又は前記希薄な吸収剤は、前記気化弁を離れた後に熱媒体に対して熱交換され、前記気相及び前記希薄な吸収剤が、前記気化弁と前記気化槽の間に設けられた熱交換器で加熱される方法。
- 請求項6に記載の方法であって、前記気相及び前記希薄な吸収剤が前記気化槽に設けられた熱コイルにより加熱される方法。
- 請求項6に記載の方法であって、前記希薄な吸収剤が、前記気化槽を離れた後、及び前記希薄な吸収剤が前記豊富な吸収剤に対して熱交換される前に、熱交換器で加熱される方法。
- 請求項6に記載の方法であって、前記気相は、前記気化槽を離れた後、及び前記気相を含む気体が圧縮される前に、熱交換器で加熱される方法。
- 請求項6に記載の方法であって、前記CO2を含有する気体が化石燃料の燃焼による排気ガスである方法。
- 請求項6乃至10のいずれかに記載の方法であって、前記熱媒体が蒸気であり、前記蒸気からの凝縮液が前記再沸器の加熱により生じる方法。
