Claims (9)
- 一次導体内を流れる電流を測定するためのオープンループ電流センサーであって、
エアギャップを有する磁気回路と、回路基板、前記回路基板に搭載される第一の磁界検出器、第二の磁界検出器及び前記回路基板上に設けられ、前記第一及び第二磁界検出器の出力信号を合成するための信号処理回路を含む磁界検知装置とを備え、
前記回路基板、前記第一磁界検出器及び前記第二磁界検出器は、少なくとも部分的に同一の前記エアギャップ内に配置され、
前記第二磁界検出器は、前記回路基板上に単数又は複数の導電路として形成された導電コイルを含み、
前記第二磁界検出器を前記第一磁界検出器の出力に直列接続することによって、前記第一磁界検出器及び前記第二磁界検出器の出力信号(SA,Scoil)を前記回路基板上の前記信号処理回路との接続に適応させることで、前記第二磁界検出器の出力における信号(S2)を前記第一磁界検出器の出力における信号(S1)と前記導電コイルによって生じる信号(Scoil)との和とし、前記一次電流を表す出力信号(S3)を前記第二磁界検出器の出力における信号(S2)から生成するオープンループ電流センサー。 - 前記第一磁界検出器は、前記回路基板に搭載され、且つ前記回路基板上の電気線に接続された集積回路チップ(ASIC)に組み込まれるホール効果検出器である
請求項1記載のセンサー。 - 前記回路基板は、プリント回路基板である請求項1又は2記載のセンサー。
- 前記第二磁界検出器の前記導電コイルは、複数のコイル部(12a、12b)を有し、それぞれが前記回路基板の異なる層上又は面上に位置する請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のセンサー。
- 前記コイル部が、前記回路基板の両面に設けられる請求項4記載のセンサー。
- 前記コイル部は、導電性スルーホールを介して相互接続される請求項4又は5記載のセンサー。
- 前記コイル部は、直列接続される請求項4〜6のいずれかに記載のセンサー。
- 前記第二磁界検出器の前記導電コイルは、前記エアギャップに境界を付ける前記磁気回路の面によって定められる周囲内に、基本的に完全に収まるように配置される請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のセンサー。
- 前記第一磁界検出器は、前記エアギャップに境界を付ける前記磁気回路の面によって定められる周囲内に、基本的に完全に収まるように配置される請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のセンサー。
