c.上記支持部材(101)は、上記導電ライン又はパターン(117)に接続された少なくとも1つの測定、刺激又は処理部材を備えていて、
上記支持部材(101)に、少なくとも1つのホール(115)が設けられ、
上記少なくとも1つのホール(115)は、上記少なくとも1つの測定、刺激又は処理部材(200、201)のうちの少なくとも1つに対応して配置され、上記支持部材(101)の外部から上記少なくとも1つの測定、刺激又は処理部材へのアクセスが可能となり、これにより該ホール(115)を通しての測定又は刺激が可能となるように形成されている
ことを特徴とする侵襲的使用のための装置(100)。 - 少なくとも1つのビアホール(121)を備えていて、

ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の侵襲的使用のための装置(100)。 - 上記支持部材(101)は、粘着剤又はポリマ(601)などのフレキシブルな弾性素材を用いて、少なくとも部分的に充填されている
