Description
本発明は下記の特徴を有するものである。
[1]空気入口、空気出口、および前記空気入口と前記空気出口との間の空気流路を有するハウジングと、
前記ハウジングを介して空気流を方向付ける手段と、を備える空気除染装置であって、
前記ハウジングが、非熱プラズマ・セルと、紫外線発光デバイスと、オゾン低減触媒と、を含み、
前記非熱プラズマ・セルが、アノードと、誘電体と、カソードと、を有し、
前記カソードが、前記紫外線発光デバイスおよびオゾン低減触媒を取り囲んで反応チャンバおよびファラデー・ケージを形成するメッシュ状の容器の形態である装置。
[2]炭化水素放出器が、前記ハウジング内部において、前記反応チャンバの下流に設けられる、[1]に記載の装置。
[3]水滴放出器が、前記ハウジング内部において、前記反応チャンバ内へと水の微細な噴霧を送出するために設けられる、[1]または[2]に記載の装置。
[4]前記ハウジングが、前記反応チャンバへと一定の波長のマイクロ波を送出する手段を含む、[1]、[2]または[3]に記載の装置。
[5]前記誘電体が、活性アルミナ・ペレットを含む、[1]〜[4]のいずれかに記載の装置。
[6]前記誘電体が、脱イオン水の水滴または蒸気を含む、[1]〜[4]のいずれかに記載の装置。
[7]前記カソードが、前記紫外線発光デバイスおよび触媒を取り囲むためにケージ状の構造体に形成された導電性材料の多孔質メッシュを備える、[1]〜[6]のいずれかに記載の装置。
[8]前記カソードが、上記紫外線発光デバイスを励起するために一定の波長のマイクロ波を送出するためのマイクロ波放射器を収容する、[7]に記載の装置。
[9]前記触媒が、前記紫外線発光デバイスを取り囲む、[1]〜[8]のいずれかに記載の装置。
[10]アノードおよびカソードと、前記アノードおよびカソードの間の誘電体と、を備える、空気除染装置のための非熱プラズマ・セルであって、
前記誘電体が、脱イオン水の水滴または蒸気を含む、プラズマ・セル。
[11]前記非熱プラズマ・セルの前記カソードが、導電性材料の中空管を備える、[10]に記載のプラズマ・セル。
[12]前記アノードが、前記カソードとの間に誘電体空間を設けるために、前記カソードを形成する壁から隔置されて前記管の内部に設けられる、[11]に記載のプラズマ・セル。
[13]水リザーバが、水を送出するために前記誘電体に接続される、[10]、[11]または[12]に記載のプラズマ・セル。
[14]空気入口が、前記リザーバに空気を送出するために設けられる、[13]に記載のプラズマ・セル。
[15]噴霧器が、水滴の微細なミストを発生させるために設けられる、[10]〜[14]のいずれかに記載のプラズマ・セル。
[16]前記水滴を前記誘電体空間内に送り込むために適当な空気移動手段が設けられる、[10]〜[15]のいずれかに記載のプラズマ・セル。
[17]前記セルが、他の供給源から前記誘電体空間へ空気を送るための第2の空気入口を備える、[14]〜[16]のいずれかに記載のプラズマ・セル。
[18]空気入口、空気出口、および前記空気入口と前記空気出口との間の空気流路を有するハウジングと、
前記ハウジングを通過する空気流を方向付ける手段と、を備え、
前記ハウジングが、[10]〜[17]のいずれかに記載の非熱プラズマ・セルと、紫外線発光デバイスと、オゾン低減触媒と、を含む、空気除染装置。
[19]柱状のセルを備え、前記セルが略中央にアノードを有し、前記アノードがカソードで取り囲まれ、前記カソードと前記アノードとの間に誘電体を含む、非熱プラズマ・セル。
[20]前記カソードが前記柱の壁を形成する、[19]に記載のプラズマ・セル。
[21]前記柱が円筒形である、[19]または[20]に記載のプラズマ・セル。
[22]前記柱が、少なくとも5つの面を有する多角柱である、[19]または[20]に記載のプラズマ・セル。
[23]前記カソードが、前記カソードと前記アノードとの間に設けられた前記誘電体を取り囲む導電性材料のメッシュを備える、[20]〜[22]のいずれかに記載のプラズマ・セル。
[24][19]〜[23]のいずれかに記載の非熱プラズマ・セルを複数備える、非熱プラズマ・セルのアレイ。
[25]前記アレイが前記柱状のセルを複数列備え、隣接する列が互い違いになっている、[24]に記載のアレイ。
[26]前記アレイが絶縁されている、[24]または[25]に記載のアレイ。
[27]少なくとも1つのバッフルが、前記アレイを通過する空気流を補助するために、前記アレイ内の位置または前記アレイを取り囲む位置に設けられる、[24]〜[26]のいずれかに記載のアレイ。
[28]空気入口、空気出口、および前記空気入口と前記空気出口との間の空気流路を有するハウジングと、
前記ハウジングを通過する空気流を方向付ける手段と、を備え、
前記ハウジングが、[24]〜[27]のいずれかに記載の非熱プラズマ・セルのアレイと、紫外線発光デバイスと、オゾン低減触媒と、を含む、空気除染装置。
[29]空気入口、空気出口、および前記空気入口と前記空気出口との間の空気流路を有するハウジングと、
前記ハウジングを通過する空気流を方向付ける手段と、を備える空気除染装置であって、
前記ハウジングが、非熱プラズマ・セルと、紫外線発光デバイスと、オゾン低減触媒と、を含み、
前記非熱プラズマ・セルが、アノードと、誘電体と、カソードと、を有し、
前記誘電体が脱イオン水の水滴または蒸気を含む装置。

Claims (9)
- 空気入口、空気出口、および前記空気入口と前記空気出口との間の空気流路を有するハウジングと、
前記ハウジングを介して空気流を方向付ける手段と、を備える空気除染装置であって、
前記ハウジングが、非熱プラズマ・セルと、紫外線発光デバイスと、オゾン低減触媒と、を含み、
前記非熱プラズマ・セルが、アノードと、誘電体と、カソードと、を有し、
前記カソードが、前記紫外線発光デバイスおよびオゾン低減触媒を取り囲んで反応チャンバおよびファラデー・ケージを形成するメッシュ状の容器の形態である装置。 - 炭化水素放出器が、前記ハウジング内部において、前記反応チャンバの下流に設けられる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 水滴放出器が、前記ハウジング内部において、前記反応チャンバ内へと水の微細な噴霧を送出するために設けられる、請求項1または請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記ハウジングが、前記反応チャンバへと一定の波長のマイクロ波を送出する手段を含む、請求項1、2または3に記載の装置。

- 前記カソードが、上記紫外線発光デバイスを励起するために一定の波長のマイクロ波を送出するためのマイクロ波放射器を収容する、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記触媒が、前記紫外線発光デバイスを取り囲む、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
