Claims (10)
- 組織を操作するためのシステムにおいて、
磁性作用物質を収容するように構成されている可膨張性部材と、
磁性作用物質を収容している前記可膨張性部材の位置を操作するように構成されている磁気装置であって、磁性作用物質を収容している前記可膨張性部材は、前記磁気装置により放射される磁界に感応して変位されて組織の位置を操作するように構成されている、磁気装置と、
近位部分と、遠位部分と、前記近位部分を貫き少なくとも部分的に前記遠位部分を貫いて配置されているルーメンと、を備えている細長部材であって、患者の体内に挿入されたワイヤガイドによって案内されるための柔軟性を有し、前記可膨張性部材が当該細長部材の前記遠位部分に取り付けられており、前記ルーメンが前記可膨張性部材と相互に流体接続されていて磁性作用物質を前記可膨張性部材内に供給可能とされている、細長部材と、
前記細長部材の前記遠位部分上に配置されているスリングであって、磁性作用物質が供給された前記可膨張性部材が前記磁気装置によって変位されるのに伴って変位されるときに、前記組織に対して前記可膨張性部材とともに係合するようにされた可撓性表面を有しているスリングと、を備えているシステム。 - 前記細長部材は、前記近位部分と前記遠位部分を貫いて配置されている第2ルーメンであって、ワイヤガイドを中に通して受け入れるように構成されている第2ルーメンを更に備えている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
