Description
(1) 集電板、下層耐火材、上層耐火材とで構成し、とりわけ上層耐火材をC−SiC系の耐火物に依り形成すると共に、下層耐火材を上層耐火材より熱伝導率の低いC−SiC系の耐火物に依り形成したので、炉底耐火物の長寿命化を図る事ができると共に、安定操業を行なう事ができる。
Claims (1)
- 導電性を有する集電板と、集電板の上に積層された下層耐火材と、下層耐火材の上に積層された上層耐火材とから成り、前記上層耐火材及び下層耐火材の全層をそれぞれ耐食性に優れて電気導電性を有し且つ熱膨張率が小さくて熱伝導率を調整できるC−SiC系の耐火物に依り形成すると共に、下層耐火材の熱伝導率を上層耐火材の熱伝導率より小さくして下層に断熱性を持たせ、更に集電板の下部に空冷ボックスを設けて空冷構造とした事を特徴とする電気式プラズマ灰溶融炉の炉底電極構造。
