Claims (12)
- 手術顕微鏡用のスタンドにおいて、
スタンドベース(1)を任意選択的に有し、垂直方向支持体(2)を有し、少なくとも1つの水平方向支持体(5)を有し、水平方向支持体(5)の手術顕微鏡と対面する側の端部に、第1の垂直方向関節式ユニット(6)と、第1の垂直方向関節式ユニット(6)に接続され斜めの旋回軸(S)を限定する第2の関節式ユニット(13)とが付設されており、
第2の関節式ユニット(13)には、複数の、変位自由度を有し、手術顕微鏡を担持した光学機器用架台(9)の平衡化を行う変位ユニットが取り付けられており、
前記変位ユニットは、旋回支持体(7)と、前記光学機器用架台(9)をY方向およびZ方向に変位させるY−Z変位ユニット(8)とを含み、旋回支持体(7)には、旋回軸(S)を横切って延びる水平の方向であるX方向に光学機器用架台(9)を変位させる手段が付設されたスタンドにおいて、
旋回支持体(7)は旋回可能な平行四辺形支持体(15)と、その一端が、前記平行四辺形支持体(15)の内部の可動部(21)に、2つの枢支ピン(20a、20b)を介して接続された保持アーム(16,17)と、前記平行四辺形支持体(15)の内部の可動部(21)を動作させるX方向変位ユニット(14)とから組み立てられ、
前記保持アーム(16,17)は、その他端において、水平軸(A)であるX方向に、前記Y−Z変位ユニット(8)および前記光学機器用架台(9)を担持しており、
前記X方向変位ユニット(14)によって前記平行四辺形支持体(15)の内部の可動部(21)を動作させることで、前記保持アーム(16,17)の向きは変化しないまま前記保持アーム(16,17)の縦軸がX方向に平行にシフトする構造となっている、スタンド。 - 旋回支持体(7)の一端に、第2の関節式ユニット(13)が直接取り付けられ、旋回支持体(7)の他端に、光学機器用架台(9)用のY−Z変位ユニット(8)が直接取り付けられている請求項1に記載のスタンド。
- 旋回支持体(7)は、第2の関節式ユニット(13)に対する平行四辺形支持体(15)の位置を定める別の変位ユニット(14)を備えている請求項1または請求項2に記載のスタンド。
- 前記別の変位ユニット(14)は、平行四辺形支持体(15)から突出しており、平行四辺形支持体(15)に装着された変位エレメント(19)に一端が関節式に接続されている変位ネジ(18)を具備する請求項3に記載のスタンド。
- 変位ネジ(18)は電気駆動系によって置き換えられている請求項4に記載のスタンド。
- 平行四辺形支持体(15)と前記変位ネジの各駆動部は自己ロック式に構成され、平行四辺形支持体(15)の位置は一旦確立されると維持される請求項4または請求項5に記載のスタンド。
- 平行四辺形支持体(15)は、変位の動きを補助するエネルギ貯蔵器(23)を備えている請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載のスタンド。
- エネルギ貯蔵器(23)はバネまたは気体ダンパーとして構成され、平行四辺形支持体(15)の内部において平行四辺形支持体(15)の可動部(21)と相互に接続し、可動部(21)を補助する請求項7に記載のスタンド。
- エネルギ貯蔵器(23)は電動モータによって置き換えられるか、あるいは電動モータがエネルギ貯蔵器(23)に沿って配置されている請求項7または請求項8に記載のスタンド。
- 平行四辺形支持体(15)は、好ましくは平行四辺形支持体の1つの担持アーム(21)が平行四辺形支持体の他の担持アーム(15)の内部に配置されることで、閉じた一体構造を有する請求項1から請求項9のいずれか1項に記載のスタンド。
- スタンドに取り付けられる手術顕微鏡の旋回アーム用の旋回支持体(7)として平行四辺形支持体を用いること
を特徴とする請求項1から請求項10のいずれか1項に記載のスタンド。 - 手術顕微鏡用の旋回支持体(7)と平衡化装置(8)を有するスタンドで、旋回支持体(7)が、該当する場合には顕微鏡ホルダー及び/又は付加ユニットを有する手術顕微鏡用の光学機器用架台(9)を平衡化させるため、平衡化装置(8)を回転軸(A)上に担持しており、前記平衡化装置が、Y方向変位用のスライド体(S1)及びZ方向変位用のスライド体(S2)を有する各変位ユニットを備えた請求項1から請求項11のいずれか1項に記載のスタンドにおいて、
平衡化装置(B)のY及びZ変位ユニット(8)の両スライド体(S1、S2)はクロススライド体(12)に一体化されて構成され、クロススライド体(12)の第1スライド体(S1)は前記Y変位ユニットの一部として、旋回支持体(7)とクロススライド体(12)の第2スライド体(S2)間で回転軸(A)を横切って配置され、クロススライド体(12)の第2スライド体(S2)は光学機器用架台(9)に接続され、第2スライド体(S2)の重量が回転軸(A)に関する手術顕微鏡に対する補償重りとして作用する、スタンド。
