Description
Claims (4)
- 光導波路であって、
複数の光反射性ライザーを含む階段形状の光学構造物を備え、
前記複数の光反射性ライザーのうち第1の光反射性ライザーが第1の光反射性部分を含み、前記複数の光反射性ライザーのうち第2の光反射性ライザーが第2の光反射性部分を含み、
前記第2の光反射性部分が前記第1の光反射性部分と平行でなく、
前記第2の光反射性部分が、2つの相互に直交する方向に沿って前記第1の光反射性部分に対してオフセットされ、
前記2つの相互に直交する方向のそれぞれが、前記光導波路の厚さ方向に対して直角又は平行である、
光導波路。 - 中空である、請求項1に記載の光導波路。
- 光導波路であって、
入射アームと、
第1の出射アームと、
第2の出射アームと、
前記入射アームを前記第1及び第2の出射アームに接続する湾曲部と、を含み、
前記湾曲部は、前記入射アームからの光を前記第1の出射アームに向けて反射するための第1の光反射体と、前記入射アームからの光を前記第2の出射アームに向けて反射するための第2の光反射体と、を含み、
前記第2の光反射体が、2つの相互に直交する方向に沿って前記第1の光反射体に対してオフセットされ、かつ前記第1の光反射体と平行でなく、
前記2つの相互に直交する方向のそれぞれが、前記光導波路の厚さ方向に対して直角又は平行である、
光導波路。 - 複数の光反射性ライザーを含む階段形状の光学構造物を含み、第1のライザーは前記第1の光反射体を含み、前記第1のライザーと異なる第2のライザーは、前記第2の光反射体を含む、請求項3に記載の光導波路。
