Claims (9)
- 外殻と、
前記外殻の開口端をシールするカバー板と、
前記外殻の内側に収容される電極コアと、
前記外殻の内側の前記電極コアに接続される第1の端部、前記外殻の外側に突出する第2の端部、および前記第1の端部と前記第2の端部の間を連絡するとともに、絶縁されて前記カバー板を貫通する中央部を有して、前記カバー板を貫通する電極端子と、を備え、
前記第1の端部と前記第2の端部は、互いに結合された柔軟性を有する複数個の導電材によって形成され、
前記中央部は、一体型の導電シートで形成され、
前記一体型の導電シートは、互いに絶縁された導電シートの複数枚の層によって形成される、
単セル。 - 前記導電材は、導電シートまたは導電ワイヤである、
請求項1に記載の単セル。 - 前記導電シートは、互いに巻き回され、あるいは重ねられ、
前記導電ワイヤは、互いに結合される、
請求項2に記載の単セル。 - 前記電極端子の前記第1の端部、前記中央部および前記第2の端部は、一体に形成され、
前記電極端子の厚さは0.5−10mmであり、幅は3−200mmであり、長さは3−50mmである、
請求項1に記載の単セル。 - 前記カバー板は、カバー板上に形成されたビアホールを備え、
前記電極端子は、中空リベットを通って前記ビアホールを貫通し、前記ビアホール中に固定され、前記ビアホールと前記中空リベットの間に絶縁シール材を備え、
前記電極端子は前記ビアホール中に固定され、前記中空リベットは前記カバー板と一体に形成され、前記絶縁シール材は前記中空リベット内に配置されて、前記中空リベットの開口端を隙間無く包み込む、
請求項1に記載の単セル。 - 前記電極コアは、正極プレート、負極プレートおよび前記正極プレートと前記負極プレートの間に備えられるセパレータで形成され、
前記正極プレート、前記負極プレートおよび前記セパレータは、前記正極プレートと前記負極プレートから反対方向に突出する正極タブと負極タブと一緒に巻き回される、
請求項1に記載の単セル。 - 前記第1の端部の厚さは、前記正極タブと前記負極タブの総厚さの0.5−1倍である、
請求項6に記載の単セル。 - 請求項1に記載の単セルを複数個備え、
該複数個の単セルは、並列、直列または並列と直列を組み合わせて接続される、
パワーバッテリパック。 - 隣接する単セルの電極端子は、突合わせ接続、またはレーザ溶接により直接接続される、
請求項8に記載のパワーバッテリパック。
