Claims (13)
- 冷蔵輸送手段(2)に搭載された液化ガスのためのタンク(5)内に正圧を発生させるための方法であって、
上記冷蔵輸送手段の冷却チャンバーに取り付けられた気化器(1)が液化ガスのための流路(42)を介して上記タンク(5)に接続され、上記流路(42)の途中にバルブ(49)が配置され、
液化ガスが上記タンク(5)から出て上記流路(42)内へ送り込まれるように上記バルブ(49)を開く工程と、
液化ガスの成分が上記流路(42)内に残り且つ上記タンク(5)内へ逆流可能にするよう上記バルブ(49)を閉じる工程と、
上記流路(42)内の上記液化ガス成分を加熱して気化させることにより上記タンク内に正圧を発生させる工程と、
を有する方法。 - 上記流路(42)内の液化ガス成分は、少なくとも一部が気化される方法で加熱されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 上記バルブ(49)を閉じたとき、当該バルブ(49)の上流の上記流路(42)において、上記タンク(5)の容積の少なくとも1/1500、特に、少なくとも1/700、例えば少なくとも1/300の容積の液化ガスが封入されることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2のうちいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 上記加熱工程によって、少なくとも10%、特に、少なくとも20%、例えば少なくとも50%、或いは少なくとも80%の上記流路(42)内に残った液化ガス成分が気化することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のうちいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 上記加熱は、上記流路(42)上への大気からの熱によって起こることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のうちいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- タンク(5)から重力方向に沿ってより高い位置にある冷蔵輸送手段(2)の冷却チャンバーに取り付けられた気化器(1)へ液化ガスを供給する方法であって、
上記気化器(1)が、液化ガスのための流路(42)を介して、上記タンク(5)に接続されており、バルブ(49)が、上記流路(42)の途中に配置されており、
請求項1乃至請求項5のうちいずれか1項に記載の方法に従って上記タンク内に正圧を発生させる工程と、
上記バルブ(49)開いて、上記正圧によって、上記液化ガスが上記気化器(1)内へ押し込まれることを許容する工程と、
を有する方法。 - 上記バルブ(49)は、断続的な方法で開かれることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 冷蔵輸送手段(2)に搭載された液化ガスのためのタンク(5)内に正圧を発生させるための装置であって、
上記冷蔵輸送手段の冷却チャンバーに取り付けられた気化器(1)が液化ガスのための流路(42)を介して上記タンク(5)に接続され、上記流路(42)の途中にバルブ(49)が配置され、
請求項1乃至請求項5のうちいずれか1項に記載の方法を実行するための制御手段を有する装置。 - 上記バルブ(49)上流の上記流路(42)内の容積は、上記タンク(5)内の容積の少なくとも1/1500、特に、少なくとも1/700、例えば少なくとも1/300であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。
- 上記流路(42)は、断熱構造を有することを特徴とする請求項8または請求項9に記載の装置。
- 上記流路は、上記バルブ(49)上流に熱架橋(51)を有することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの冷却チャンバー(4、9)、液化ガスのためのタンク(5)、および液化ガスの気化と上記冷却チャンバー(4、9)への冷気の放出のため上記冷却チャンバーに取り付けられた気化器(1)を有する冷蔵輸送手段(2)のための冷却システム(45)であって、
上記気化器(1)が液化ガスのための流路(42)を介して上記タンク(5)に接続され、上記流路(42)の途中にバルブ(49)が配置され、
圧力を発生するための請求項8乃至請求項11のうちいずれか1項に記載の装置が設けられていることを特徴とする冷却システム。 - 請求項12に記載の冷却システム(45)を有する冷蔵輸送手段(2)。
