Claims (5)
- 複数の電解槽を用いた電解精製での電流効率を集計するシステムであって、
電解槽ごとに異なるコードが付されたカソードの前記コードを読み取る読取機と、
各電解槽を流れる電流を検出する電流計と、
各電解槽で生成された電気銅量を検出する秤量機と、
前記電流計の検出結果に基づいて、前記秤量機で秤量された電気銅の電解精製に用いられた総電流量を電解槽ごとに検出する総電流量検出手段と、
前記読取機、前記総電流量検出手段、および前記秤量機の検出結果に基づいて、電解槽ごとの総電流量と秤量結果とから電解槽ごとに電流効率を取得する電流効率取得部と、を備えることを特徴とする電流効率集計システム。 - 前記電流効率取得部は、前記総電流量検出手段の検出結果に基づいて各電解槽の理論電気銅量を算出し、前記秤量機の検出結果と前記理論電気銅量とから電流効率を算出し、前記読取機の読取結果と前記算出された電流効率とを対応させることによって、電解槽ごとに電流効率を取得することを特徴とする請求項1記載の電流効率集計システム。
- 電解槽ごとに異なるコードを出力する出力部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の電流効率集計システム。
- 前記コードは、QRコードであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の電流効率集計システム。
- 前記電流計は、前記各電解槽を直列に流れる電流を検出することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の電流効率集計システム。
