Description
Claims (18)
- 所定容量を有する濾過装置であって、入口及び前記入口から間隔をあけて設けられている出口を有するハウジングと、第1容量を有する最上流膜及び第2容量を有する少なくとも1つの下流膜を含む複数の選択的に層形成された膜とを備える濾過装置において、各前記膜は同じ孔サイズ等級を有し、前記最上流膜は、該濾過装置が前記下流膜の第2容量にかかわらず所定容量を有するように選択され、該濾過装置の前記所定容量は、最上流膜の第1容量によって、前記所定容量の標準偏差が低減するように制御される濾過装置。
- 上流膜及び下流膜を含む多層濾過装置にして、各膜が同じ孔サイズ等級を有する多層濾過装置における容量の標準偏差を低減する方法であって、
a.前記装置に対して目標容量を選択し;
b.複数の異なる膜バッチの容量の値を求め;
c.前記複数の異なる膜バッチのうち第1容量値又は値の範囲を有する膜バッチからの膜を最上流膜として選択し;
d.前記複数の異なる膜バッチのうち第2容量値又は値の範囲を有する膜バッチからの膜を前記下流膜として選択し;
前記第1容量値又は値の範囲は前記第2容量値又は値の範囲よりも高く、かつ前記目標容量が得られるように選択される方法。 - 前記第1容量は前記複数の膜バッチにおけるすべての膜のうちの最大容量である、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記第2容量は前記複数の膜バッチにおけるすべての膜のうちの最小容量である、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記第1容量は前記複数の膜バッチにおけるすべての膜のうちの二番目に大きい容量である、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記第2容量は前記複数の膜バッチにおけるすべての膜のうちの二番目に小さい容量である、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも2つの膜層から形成された多層膜濾過装置であって、前記膜層は少なくとも1つの高い容量等級の膜及び少なくとも1つの低い容量等級の膜を有し、前記装置は装置を形成するために使用された膜の容量等級の平均よりも大きい容量を有し、かつ前記高い容量の膜よりも小さな又は等しい容量を有する、請求項1に記載の濾過装置。
- 少なくとも2つの膜層から形成された多層膜濾過装置群であって、前記膜層は少なくとも1つの高い容量等級の膜及び少なくとも1つの低い容量等級の膜を有し、前記装置群は装置を形成するために使用された膜の容量等級の平均よりも大きい装置群の平均容量を有し、かつ最高容量の膜よりも小さな又は等しい容量を有する装置群からなる請求項1に記載の濾過装置。
- 入口及び前記入口から間隔をあけて設けられている出口を有するハウジングと、最上流膜及び少なくとも1つの下流膜を含む複数の膜とを備える濾過装置において、各前記膜は膜群から選択され、前記膜群はその容量が分布を規定するような容量を有し、前記最上流膜は前記分布のほぼ中央値の容量を有し、前記少なくとも1つの下流膜は前記分布のハイエンド及びローエンドのいずれかの容量を有する、請求項1に記載の濾過装置。
- 前記膜群の前記容量分布はガウス分布である、請求項9に記載の濾過装置。
- 少なくとも3つの膜がある、請求項9に記載の濾過装置。
- 前記最上流膜と下流膜との間の膜は前記分布のハイエンド及びローエンドのいずれかの容量を有する、請求項11に記載の濾過装置。
- 少なくとも4つの膜がある、請求項9に記載の濾過装置。
- 入口及び前記入口から間隔をあけて設けられている出口を有するハウジングと、最上流膜及び少なくとも1つの下流膜を含む複数の膜とを備える濾過装置において、各前記膜は膜群から選択され、前記膜群はその容量が分布を規定するような容量を有し、前記最上流膜は前記分布のハイエンドの容量を有し、前記少なくとも1つの下流膜は前記分布のローエンドの容量を有する、請求項1に記載の濾過装置。
- 前記膜群の前記容量分布はガウス分布である、請求項14に記載の濾過装置。
- 少なくとも3つの膜がある、請求項14に記載の濾過装置。
- 少なくとも4つの膜がある、請求項14に記載の濾過装置。
- 入口及び前記入口から間隔をあけて設けられている出口を有するハウジングと、最上流膜及び少なくとも1つの下流膜を含む複数の膜とを備える濾過装置において、各前記膜は膜群から選択され、前記膜群はその容量が分布を規定するような容量を有し、前記最上流膜は前記分布の中央容量値よりも或る量高い容量を有し、前記少なくとも1つの下流膜は前記分布の中央容量値よりも或る量低い容量を有する、請求項1に記載の濾過装置。
