Description
− 有体物の固体層を得るために容器2内の液体3の最上液体層10の所定領域を凝固させるステップであって、固体層が所定形状を有する、ステップと、
− 上記固体層に付着した次のこのような固体層が得られるように、次の液体層の所定領域20を同様に凝固させるための次のこのような方法サイクルを実行するために、上記固体層の上方に上記固体層に平行に隣接させて液体3の次の最上液体層10を作製するステップと、を含む。
Claims (4)
- 有体物を層毎に造形する方法であって、
液体(3)を収容した液体容器(2)を用意するステップと、
方法サイクルを繰り返し実行するステップと、
を含み、各方法サイクルは、
− 前記有体物の固体層が得られるように前記容器(2)内の前記液体(3)の最上液体層(10)の所定領域を凝固させるステップであって、前記固体層が所定形状を有する、ステップと、
− 前記固体層に付着した次のこのような固体層が得られるように、次の液体層の所定領域(20)を同様に凝固させるための次のこのような方法サイクルを実行するために、前記固体層の上方に上記固体層に平行に隣接させて前記液体(3)の次の最上液体層(10)を作製するステップと、を含み、
前記方法サイクルの少なくとも1つのために、前記次の液体層(10)の前記作製はこのような液体を前記容器(2)内の前記内容物の上部に吹き付けることによって行われる方法において、
− このような次の最上液体層(10)の少なくとも一部がこのような方法サイクルにおいて作製された後、次のこのような方法サイクルにおいて凝固が実行される前に、前記作製された最上液体層(10)の表面の少なくとも一部にわたる高さ分布が測定装置(6)によって測定され、
− 前記測定された高さ分布に基づき、前記測定された高さ分布の非平坦性を補うように凝固が行われる、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記凝固は放射線を前記所定領域(20)に放射することによって行われ、前記のように補うことは、前記測定された高さ分布に基づき、前記所定領域に加えられる対応する放射線の強度分布(32)を計算することによって行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 液体(3)を内部に収容した液体容器(2)において有体物を層毎に造形するシステムであって、
− 前記有体物の固体層が得られるように前記容器(2)内の前記液体(3)の最上液体層(10)の所定領域(20)を凝固させる凝固手段(9)であって、前記固体層が所定形状を有する、凝固手段(9)と、
− 前記固体層の上方に前記固体層に平行に隣接させて前記液体(3)の次の最上液体層(10)を作製するために、このような液体を前記容器(2)内の前記内容物の上部に吹き付ける吹き付け手段(7、107)と、
を備えるシステムにおいて、
− 前記作製された最上液体層(10)の前記表面の少なくとも一部にわたって高さ分布を測定する測定装置(6)と、
− 前記測定された高さ分布の非平坦性を補うために、このような測定された高さ分布に基づき凝固を行うために前記凝固手段(9)を制御する手段(5)と、
を備えることを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記凝固手段(9)は放射線を前記所定領域(20)に放射するように構成され、前記凝固手段(9)を制御する前記手段(5)は、前記測定された高さ分布に基づき、前記所定領域に加えられる対応する放射線の強度分布(32)を計算するように構成される、請求項3に記載のシステム。
