Claims (5)
- 圧縮機から送出された圧縮空気を冷却するインタークーラーと、前記インタークーラーを通過した圧縮空気から水分を分離するミストキャッチャーと、前記ミストキャッチャーを通過した圧縮空気を一時貯留する掃気レシーバーとを有する過給機から圧縮空気を抽気して、該圧縮空気を船体の外表面に噴出させて気泡を生成する空気潤滑装置において、
前記インタークーラーと前記ミストキャッチャーの中間の流路から圧縮空気を抽気して、該圧縮空気を船体の外表面に噴出させて気泡を生成するとともに、
前記過給機から、前記船体の外表面に形成された噴出口に至る圧縮空気の供給管路の途中に、該圧縮空気からドレンを除去するドレン除去手段を備える
空気潤滑装置。 - 前記過給機から供給される圧縮空気を更に昇圧して前記噴出口に供給する昇圧手段を備え、
前記ドレン除去手段は前記過給機と前記昇圧手段の間に配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気潤滑装置。 - 前記ドレン除去手段は、立ち上がり管と、前記立ち上がり管の下方に形成されたドレン溜まりと、前記ドレン溜まりからドレンを排出するドレントラップとから構成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気潤滑装置。 - 複数個の前記ドレン除去手段が直列に配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気潤滑装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の空気潤滑装置を備える船舶。
