Claims (5)
- 熱膨張率の異なる一対の基板と、
該一対の基板との間に挟持される絶縁層と、を有する積層複合材料であって、前記絶縁層は、ガラス繊維強化樹脂、アラミド繊維強化樹脂、金属酸化膜、及び絶縁性樹脂フィルムの少なくともいずれかであり、かつ、少なくとも一以上の貫通する空隙を有する積層複合材料。 - 前記空隙の個数は2以上である請求項1記載の積層複合材料。
- 前記一対の基板の一方は、アルミニウム、マグネシウム、チタン、ニッケル、鉄、銅、亜鉛、又はこれらのうち少なくともいずれかを含む合金を用いてなる請求項1記載の積層複合材料。
- 前記一対の基板の他の一方は、炭素繊維、ホウ素繊維、ガラス繊維、炭化珪素繊維又はアラミド繊維の少なくともいずれかを含むプリプレグシートを用いてなる請求項1記載の積層複合材料。
- 前記プリプレグシートは炭素繊維を含み、前記炭素繊維は、前記一対の基板の変形方向に配向している請求項4記載の積層複合材料。
