Claims (4)
- 巻回型の発電要素がケース内に収容された電池において、
前記発電要素は、巻軸方向の一端に正極活物質未塗工部を備えるとともに、他端に負極活物質未塗工部を備え、
前記正極活物質未塗工部の外表面には、正極集電体の接続部が接続され、
前記負極活物質未塗工部の外表面には、負極集電体の接続部が接続され、
前記発電要素の前記一端側には、前記正極集電体の接続部及び前記正極活物質未塗工部を覆う一対の板部と、該一対の板部のそれぞれを連結するとともに前記正極活物質未塗工部の端部と対向する連結板部とを有する正極側の絶縁部材、及び前記正極側の絶縁部材の連結板部から前記発電要素の巻回中心部に形成される巻軸空間に向けて突出する巻軸部材が配置され、
前記発電要素の前記他端側には、前記負極集電体の接続部及び前記負極活物質未塗工部を覆う一対の板部と、該一対の板部のそれぞれを連結するとともに前記負極活物質未塗工部の端部と対向する連結板部とを有する負極側の絶縁部材、及び前記負極側の絶縁部材の連結板部から前記発電要素の巻回中心部に形成される巻軸空間に向けて突出する巻軸部材が配置され、
前記発電要素は、前記巻軸方向が前記ケースの開口面と平行になるように前記ケース内に挿入されたことを特徴とする電池。 - 前記発電要素が前記絶縁部材と前記巻軸部材との間に固定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池。
- 前記絶縁部材は、ケース底部と前記発電要素との間に配置される底板部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電池。
- 前記巻軸部材は前記発電要素中央部に向かうほど先細り形状となることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電池。
