Description

The present invention relates to a railway vehicle structure.

In recent years, various types of electrical equipment such as cabin lighting and liquid crystal display panels have been provided in railway vehicle structures. Therefore, a large number of wirings used for transmission / reception of signals to / from electric devices are arranged in the railway vehicle structure. These wires are generally bundled for each type, and are arranged along the longitudinal direction of the vehicle while being held by a wire holding structure attached to the structure.

With respect to such a wiring holding structure, for example, in Patent Document 1, there are a fixing portion fixed to a roof structure, a connection portion extending downward from the fixing portion, and a protective member that protrudes horizontally from the connection portion and has elasticity. And a structure in which a wiring bundle is mounted on the mounting portion and fixed with a fixing band.

By the way, in the conventional wiring holding structure described above, when there are a plurality of wiring bundles, a mounting portion is provided on the opposite side across the connecting portion, and the plurality of wiring bundles are arranged in parallel. However, in such a structure, for example, when a part of the wiring bundle located on the front side when viewed from the inside is to be branched to the back side, a notch or the like for passing the branching portion of the wiring is provided in the connecting portion. It is necessary to provide it. Further, even if the notch is provided, it is necessary to place the branch portion of the wiring on the wiring bundle located on the far side, and the wiring may be complicated. Furthermore, since it is difficult to visually recognize the wiring bundle on the back side from the indoor side, there is a problem that it is difficult to ensure workability such as inspection and expansion of wiring.

The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and even when the wiring is branched, it can be avoided that the wiring becomes complicated with a simple configuration, and the visibility of the attached bundle of wirings can be avoided. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a railway vehicle structure capable of securing the above.

In order to solve the above problems, a railway vehicle structure according to the present invention is a railway vehicle structure including a wiring holding structure that holds a plurality of wiring bundles in which wirings connected to electronic devices are bundled. A suspension groove fixed to the roof structure or side structure of the railway vehicle structure via an adapter, a mounting plate extending along the suspension groove, on which the wiring bundle is placed, and a predetermined interval in the suspension groove A holding member that holds the mounting plate, and the holding member has a first holding piece to which the first mounting plate is fixed, and a second member to which the second mounting plate is fixed. And the first holding piece and the second holding piece are different in the height direction of the railway vehicle structure.

In this railway vehicle structure, in the holding member that holds the mounting plate, the first holding piece to which the first mounting plate is fixed and the second holding piece to which the second mounting plate is fixed are provided. It is different. The holding member itself is fixed to the hanging groove with a predetermined interval. With such a configuration, a sufficient space is ensured in both sides of the wiring bundle placed on the first placement board and on both sides of the wiring bundle placed on the second placement board. Even if no notch etc. are provided in the hanging groove, the branch route is prevented from being blocked by other wire bundles by passing the wire branch part between the holding members when branching the wire bundle. it can. Further, in this railway vehicle structure, the wiring bundle can be easily visually recognized from between the holding members by arranging the holding members at a predetermined interval. Therefore, workability of work such as wiring inspection and expansion (addition) is ensured.

The first holding piece faces the inside of the railway vehicle structure, while the second holding piece faces the outside of the railway vehicle structure, and the first mounting plate and the second mounting plate are provided with the hanging groove. It is preferable that it is located on both sides of the position. In this case, a sufficient space can be secured on both sides of the wiring bundle placed on the first placement board and on both sides of the wiring bundle placed on the second placement board. The complexity of wiring can be avoided more suitably.

Further, both the first holding piece and the second holding piece face the inside of the railway vehicle structure, the first placement plate is located inside the railway vehicle structure with respect to the hanging groove, and the second placement piece It is preferable that the plate is located directly below the hanging groove. In this case, the visibility of the wiring bundle can be further improved. Moreover, the complexity of wiring can also be avoided by shifting the position of the first mounting plate and the position of the second mounting plate.

In addition, both the first holding piece and the second holding piece face the inside of the railway vehicle structure, and both the first placement plate and the second placement plate are located directly below the suspension groove. Preferably it is. In this case, the visibility of the wiring bundle can be further improved. Moreover, the weight balance of a holding member becomes favorable by positioning a 1st mounting board and a 2nd mounting board directly under a suspension groove.

The third holding piece further has a third holding piece facing the inside of the railway vehicle structure at the same stage as the second holding piece, and the third mounting plate fixed to the third holding piece is positioned directly below the suspension groove. It is preferable. In this case, even if the wiring bundle is further arranged, the complexity of the wiring can be avoided. Moreover, the weight balance of the holding member is also maintained.

The fourth holding plate further includes a fourth holding piece that faces the inside of the railway vehicle structure at a lower stage than the second holding piece, and the fourth mounting plate that is fixed to the fourth holding piece is the second mounting plate. It is preferable that it is located just below. In this case, even if the wiring bundle is further arranged, the complexity of the wiring can be avoided. In addition, the wiring bundle placed on the fourth placement board can be routed close to the electronic device.

The fifth holding plate further includes a fifth holding piece that faces the outside of the railway vehicle structure in the same stage as the first holding piece, and the fifth mounting plate fixed to the fifth holding piece is the second mounting plate. It is preferable to be located inside the railway vehicle structure. In this case, even if the wiring bundle is further arranged, the complexity of the wiring can be avoided. Further, the space between the holding member and the roof structure or the side structure can be effectively used.

Further, it is preferable that the second holding piece is lower than the first holding piece. Thereby, it becomes possible to make the shape of the holding member conform to the shape of the roof structure and the side structure of the railway vehicle structure, and the space can be used effectively.

According to the present invention, even if the wiring is branched, it is possible to avoid the wiring from becoming complicated with a simple configuration, and it is possible to ensure the visibility of the attached wiring bundle.

As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the wiring holding structure 11 includes an adapter 12, a suspension groove 13, a holding member 14, a first placement plate 15, and a second placement plate 16. For example, it is attached to the rafter 4a of the roof structure 4. The adapter 12 is a long hat material having a channel portion 12a protruding in a right triangle shape and flange portions 12b, 12b protruding outward from the both ends of the channel portion 12a along the curved shape of the rafter 4a. The adapter 12 is disposed along the longitudinal direction of the railway vehicle structure 1, and is fixed to the rafter 4a in a state where one wall surface of the channel portion 12a is a substantially horizontal surface and the other wall surface is a substantially vertical surface.

The hanging groove 13 is a hollow rail member whose central portion on one surface side is opened linearly. The suspension groove 13 is arranged along the longitudinal direction of the railcar structure 1 similarly to the adapter 12, and is fixed to a substantially horizontal plane of the channel portion 12 a in the adapter 12 with the opening portion facing downward. A bolt 17 for fixing the holding member 14 is disposed inside the hanging groove 13, and a threaded portion of the bolt 17 protrudes downward from an opening portion of the hanging groove 13.

The holding member 14 is a rod-like member or a plate-like member having a main body piece 14a, a first holding piece 14b, and a second holding piece 14c. A plurality of holding members 14 are arranged at a predetermined interval with respect to the hanging groove 13. The main body piece 14a is disposed directly below the suspension groove 13 and extends in the vertical direction. The upper end portion of the main body piece 14a is formed with an insertion hole through which the screw portion of the bolt 17 is passed. Yes. A panel for an inspection window for visually confirming the wiring holding structure 11 from the vehicle interior side may be fixed to the bolt 17 together with the holding member 14.

The first holding piece 14 b is formed at the upper end portion of the holding member 14 and extends substantially horizontally toward the inside of the railway vehicle structure 1. On the other hand, the second holding piece 14 c is formed at the lower end portion of the holding member 14 and extends substantially horizontally toward the outside of the railway vehicle assembly 1. That is, the first holding piece 14b and the second holding piece 14c are stepped in the height direction of the railway vehicle structure 1 so that the second holding piece 14c is lower than the first holding piece 14b. It has become.

The first placement plate 15 and the second placement plate 16 are long plate-like members having a width capable of placing a wiring bundle. The first placement plate 15 and the second placement plate 16 are located on both sides of the position of the suspension groove 13, and the first placement plate 15 is the first placement plate 15 of each holding member 14. The second mounting plate 16 is fixed in a state of being stretched over the distal end portion of the holding piece 14b, and the second placement plate 16 is secured in a state of being spanned over the distal end portion of the second holding piece 14c of each holding member 14. .

A wiring bundle P is placed on each of the first placement plate 15 and the second placement plate 16. The wiring bundle P is a bundle of various wirings such as media wiring connected to a liquid crystal display panel, AC wiring connected to a heater, and DC wiring connected to a door opening / closing device for passengers. . The wiring bundle P extends along the longitudinal direction of the railway vehicle structure 1 and is fixed to the first mounting plate 15 and the second mounting plate 16 using a band 18 or the like.

The wiring bundle P is appropriately branched according to the position of the connection destination device. The branch portion Pa of the wiring bundle P placed on the first placement plate 15 is branched toward the outside of the railway vehicle structure 1, and between the holding members 14, 14, for example, the first placement plate 15 and the like. It arrange | positions toward the downward direction from the space between the 2nd mounting plates 16. FIG. Further, the branching portion Pa of the wiring bundle P placed on the second placement plate 16 is branched toward the outside of the railway vehicle assembly 1, and the second placement plate is provided between the holding members 14 and 14, for example. 16 and is arranged downward from the space between the rafters 4a.

As described above, in the railway vehicle structure 1, in the holding member 14 of the wiring holding structure 11, the first holding piece 14b to which the first mounting plate 15 is fixed and the second mounting plate 16 are fixed. The second holding piece 14c is different in level. The holding member 14 itself is fixed to the hanging groove 13 with a predetermined interval. With such a configuration, sufficient space is provided between both side portions of the wiring bundle P placed on the first placement plate 15 and both side portions of the wiring bundle P placed on the second placement plate 16. Therefore, even when the hanging groove 13 is not provided with a notch or the like, when the wiring bundle P is branched, the branching route Pa can be obtained by passing the wiring branching portion Pa between the holding members 14 and 14. It can be prevented from being blocked by another wiring bundle P. Furthermore, in this railway vehicle structure 1, the wiring bundle P can be easily visually recognized from between the holding members 14 and 14 by arranging the holding members 14 at a predetermined interval. Therefore, workability of work such as inspection and expansion of wiring is ensured.

Further, in this railway vehicle structure 1, the first holding piece 14b faces the inside of the railway vehicle structure 1, while the second holding piece 14c faces the outside of the railway vehicle structure 1, and the first mounting plate 15 And the second mounting plate 16 are located on both sides of the suspension groove 13. As a result, a sufficient space is secured in both side portions of the wiring bundle P placed on the first placement plate 15 and in both side portions of the wiring bundle P placed on the second placement plate 16. This makes it possible to more suitably avoid the complexity of wiring.

Furthermore, in this railway vehicle structure 1, the second holding piece facing the outside of the railway vehicle structure 1 is positioned below the first holding piece 14b facing the inside of the railway vehicle structure 1. Thereby, it becomes possible to make the shape of the holding member 14 conform to the shapes of the roof structure 4 and the side structure 3 of the railway vehicle structure 1, and the space can be used effectively.

That is, in this holding member, the main body piece 24a is arranged on the outer side of the railway vehicle structure 1 with respect to the suspension groove, and the first holding piece 24b is arranged from the upper end portion of the main body piece 24a to the railcar as in the first embodiment. The second holding piece 24c extends substantially horizontally toward the inside of the structure 1 from the lower end portion of the main body piece 24a toward the inside of the railway vehicle structure 1 to a position directly below the suspension groove 13. It extends. The first mounting plate 15 is fixed to the distal end portion of the first holding piece 24b, and the second mounting plate 16 is positioned immediately below the suspension groove 13 at the distal end portion of the second holding piece 24c. It is fixed to.

Even in such a configuration, as in the first embodiment, the first holding piece 24b and the second holding piece 24c are different in level, and therefore the wiring placed on the first placement plate 15 It is possible to secure a sufficient space between both side portions of the bundle P and both side portions of the wiring bundle P placed on the second placement plate 16, and the holding member 24 when the wiring bundle P is branched. , 24, it is possible to prevent the branch route from being blocked by another wiring bundle P. Further, since the holding members 24 are arranged at a predetermined interval, the wiring bundle P can be easily visually recognized from between the holding members 24, 24, and workability such as inspection and expansion of wiring is ensured. .

Further, in this configuration, both the first holding piece 24 b and the second holding piece 24 c face the inside of the railway vehicle structure 1, and the first mounting plate 15 is closer to the railway vehicle structure 1 than the suspension groove 13. Located on the inner side, the second mounting plate 16 is positioned directly below the hanging groove 13. For this reason, the visibility of the wiring bundle P can be further improved. Further, by shifting the position of the first mounting plate 15 and the position of the second mounting plate 16, the complexity of wiring can be avoided.

[Third Embodiment]
FIG. 6 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of a main part showing a third embodiment of the wiring holding structure. As shown in the figure, the wiring holding structure 31 according to the third embodiment is further different from the first embodiment in the configuration of the holding member 34. That is, in the holding member 34, the main body piece 34a is disposed closer to the outer side of the railway vehicle structure 1 than the suspension groove 13, and the first holding piece 34b is arranged on the inner side of the railway vehicle structure 1 from a substantially central portion of the main body piece 34a. The second holding piece 34c extends substantially horizontally from the lower end portion of the main body piece 34a toward the inside of the railway vehicle assembly 1 to a position directly below the hanging groove 13. It extends to. The first placement plate 15 is fixed to the tip portion of the first holding piece 34 b at a position directly below the suspension groove 13, and the second placement plate 16 is the same as the first placement plate 15.
