Description
The present invention relates to a printed wiring board and an electronic device.
In recent years, the export of electronic devices to the Asian region has increased due to the economic development of the Asian region. In Asia, especially emerging countries with remarkable economic development, the average concentration of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) in the atmosphere is about 100 times higher than the average concentration of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) in Europe and North America. Has been. This is because emerging countries in Asia still use coal as a major raw material and use it enormously. Hydrogen sulfide corrodes and deteriorates the wiring pattern on the printed wiring board, causing malfunction and failure of the printed wiring board. In addition to hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide also corrodes the wiring pattern. In addition, drought, dust, salt damage caused by sea transportation, etc. can cause malfunction and failure of the printed wiring board. Furthermore, it is known that a metal or a compound is deposited on a printed wiring board by ion migration or the like, and a short circuit occurs between the electrodes. Ion migration means that when a printed wiring board is placed under high humidity and a voltage is applied, metal ions migrate from one metal electrode on the printed wiring board to the other metal electrode, and a metal or compound is deposited. Refers to the phenomenon. As dissolution and deposition proceed, a short circuit occurs between the electrodes.
Patent Document 1 discloses a technique for detecting the degree of deterioration of a packaged semiconductor element.
The life of a printed wiring board varies depending on conditions such as the concentration and humidity of corrosive gas (hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide, hydrogen chloride, etc.) in the atmosphere at the actual operation site. For this reason, it is difficult to simply estimate the replacement timing of the printed wiring board from the date of manufacture.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a printed wiring board and an electronic device capable of accurately estimating the deterioration degree and remaining life of a wiring pattern on the printed wiring board. To do.
In order to achieve the above object, the printed wiring board of the present invention is a printed wiring board comprising a conductor judgment pattern for judging the degree of deterioration of a wiring pattern formed on the board, and the judgment pattern has a conductor surface. A conductor exposed portion not covered with an insulating material is provided, and a plurality of portions formed with a constant interval between the conductors are provided . The determination pattern is used for positioning electronic components mounted on the substrate. The positioning pattern provided is reused .
In the printed wiring board, the determination pattern includes two conductor patterns having a comb shape, and the comb teeth of the other conductor pattern are inserted between the comb teeth of the one conductor pattern, and the combs of each other are combed. It is good to arrange | position with a fixed space | interval so that teeth may mesh alternately.
In the printed wiring board, the determination pattern may be a through-hole via penetrating all layers of the printed wiring board or a blind via penetrating a part of the printed wiring board.
In the printed wiring board, the determination pattern may be a pattern formed on the substrate in a spiral shape.
An electronic device according to the present invention includes the printed wiring board according to any one of claims 1 to 4 .
According to the present invention, it is possible to accurately estimate the deterioration degree and remaining life of a wiring pattern on a printed wiring board.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
プリント配線基板10上には、CPU(Central Processing Unit)、RAM(Random Access Memory)、ROM(Read Only Memory)等を搭載したICチップ11や、各種コンデンサ、抵抗、トランジスタ等の電子部品12が搭載されている。
FIG. 1 is a plan view showing the configuration of a printed

A

FIG. 2B shows a through-
FIG. 2C shows a
Also, the spiral pattern 20C may be provided with a conductor exposed

The deterioration degree determination apparatus shown in FIG. 4B includes a light emitting element 32 and a
In addition to the apparatus shown in FIG. 4, the degree of deterioration of the
