Description

Claims (13)
- 製品が入っている容器(2)を画定している薬剤送出装置(1)であって、
該薬剤送出装置は、
前記容器から前記製品を輸送するための通路を提供する通水路を画定しているエンド・ピース(5)、および
前記エンド・ピース(5)を接続器に連結する連結手段を備え、
該連結手段は、
前記エンド・ピース(5)の一部を取り囲むように画定され、末端部(3)から延在しているカラー(7)を備え、さらに
前記カラー(7)に接続可能であり、前記エンド・ピース(5)を前記接続器に連結する接続手段(10;20)を備え、
該接続手段(10;20)は、
前記接続器の外側ネジ山との係合のためにその内側面(10a)に画定されているネジ山(16,28)と、前記カラーの内側面(7a)との係合のためにその外側面(10b)に画定されている境界面(17;24)とを有する管状壁部分を備え、さらに
前記接続手段(10;20)が前記カラー(7)に接続されると、前記カラー(7)の外側面(7b)の少なくとも一部に係合可能な係合手段(15;27)を有する保持用留め金(13;26)を備えていることを特徴とする薬剤送出装置。 - 前記接続手段(10;20)は、ポリエチレン、鎖状低密度ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレンおよびそれらの混合物から成るグループから選択されるポリオレフィン材料から作られることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の薬剤送出装置。
- 前記境界面(17;24)は、オーバーモールド手段、スナップ留め手段、ネジ留め手段、溶接手段、圧力嵌め手段、およびこれらの組み合わせから成るグループから選択されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の薬剤送出装置。
- 前記カラーは、シクロオレフィン重合体、シクロオレフィン共重合体およびその混合物から選択される材料から作られることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の薬剤送出装置。
- 前記保持用留め金(13;26)は、前記管状壁から延在し、前記接続手段(10;20)が前記カラー(7)に接続されると、前記カラーの外側面(7b)の末端領域の一部を覆う不連続なリングであることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の薬剤送出装置。
- 前記保持用留め金は、前記管状壁から延在し、前記接続手段が前記カラーに接続されると、前記カラーの外側面の末端領域の一部を覆う連続したリングであることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の薬剤送出装置。
- 前記カラーの内側面は、前記境界面(17;24)に係合可能な、前記カラーの内側面に画定されるネジ山(8)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の薬剤送出装置。
- 前記接続手段は、そこを貫通するように画定されている導管(22)を有する先端部(21)、および前記先端部(21)を取り囲むように画定されている外部リング(23)をさらに備え、前記導管(22)は、前記接続手段(10;20)が前記カラー(7)に接続されると、前記通水路(6)に軸方向に整列されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の薬剤送出装置。
- 前記外部リングの内側面は、そこに画定されているネジ山(28)を有することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の薬剤送出装置。
- 前記接続手段(10;20)は、前記カラー(7)にネジ的に接続可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の薬剤送出装置。
- 前記外側面(7b)は、前記接続手段(10;20)が前記カラー(7)に接続されると、前記接続手段(10;20)の前記カラー(7)からの取り外しを防止する、前記外側面(7b)に画定されている停止手段(9、9a)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の薬剤送出装置。
- 前記外側面(7b)は、前記接続手段(10;20)が前記カラー(7)にネジ的に接続されることが可能となるように、また、前記接続装置(10;20)が前記カラー(7)からネジ的に取り外されることを防止するように、保持用留め金(14;26)に画定されている長手方向に延びる突起(15;27)に係合可能な傾斜面(9a)を有する、前記外側面(7b)に画定されている長手方向に延びる隆起部(9)を有することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の薬剤送出装置。
- 前記容器(2)、エンド・ピース(5)およびカラー(7)は、シクロオレフィン重合体、シクロオレフィン共重合体およびその混合物から選択される材料から単一体に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の薬剤送出装置。
