Description
真菌、糸状菌、卵菌、細菌およびウイルスなどの病原体によって引き起こされるいくつかの植物病害が知られている。これらの病害の多くは、通常、その発症および拡散に好都合な気候条件と関係して劇的な結果をもたらし、特に病害が流行状態を呈する場合に、農業経済に深く、時に破滅的な影響をもたらしうる作物の収量の減少を引き起こす。
ブドウ(Vitis vinifera)の種子または種子を含む搾りかすの抽出物が、植物病原体、特に真菌および卵菌の防除に有効であることが分かった。

乾燥ブドウ種子1000gを、攪拌器を備えたジャケットのついた静止型パーコレーターまたはジャケットのついた反応器中で4時間、75℃の熱水で覆う。
植物
ブドウ(Vitis vinifera)の感受性品種であるシャルドネ種を使用して、べと病に対する殺真菌剤の効果を調査した。植物は種子から栽培し(0.1〜1ポット当たり1植物)、生育箱(日中23℃/夜19℃、100〜120μE・m−2・s−1、1日当たり16時間の光)に入れた。週に2度、0.1リットルの0.2g/lのN−P−K肥料(20−20−20)を実生に与えた。VITIVACの生物活性を調査するために、少なくとも4枚の完全展開葉を有する8週齢の実生を使用した。
フランスのシャンパーニュ地方に位置するブドウ園の感染植物から2007年に得た、ブドウべと病菌の分離株Pv1を、「シャルドネ」の切断した表面を殺菌した葉の上に保持した。その葉をペトリ皿に置き、生育箱(日中23℃/夜19℃、100〜120μE・m−2・s−1、1日当たり16時間の光)に入れた。接種菌液は、接種後8〜12日に、新たに胞子形成している葉から得た。胞子嚢を4℃の蒸留水に懸濁し、血球計算器を用いて5×105胞子嚢・水ml−1の濃度に調整した。
例1に記載のように調製した天然生成物(VITIVAC)を、実験の間を通して、25g/lの割合で使用した。VITIVACの効果は、製剤化された製品4.0kg/haの割合で使用したホセチル(Fosetyl)−Al(500g/kg)+ホルペル(Folpel)(250g/kg)の基準殺真菌剤混合物(Mikal Flash WG、Bayer CropScience)の効果と比較した。
処理または未処理(対照)の葉それぞれからコルクボーラーで10枚のリーフディスク(それぞれ直径10mm)を切り取り、背軸側を上にして、滅菌蒸留水4mlで湿らせた濾紙を含む直径9cmのプラスチックペトリ皿に置いた。接種菌液(5×105胞子嚢・ml−1)1滴(20μl)を置くことによって、ディスクに接種した。接種後、10枚のリーフディスクを含むペトリ皿を、暗所で24時間、19℃でインキュベートし、次いで、発病のために生育箱(日中23℃/夜19℃、100〜120μE・m−2・s−1、1日当たり16時間の光)中に保った。実験の最後に、ペトリ皿を暗所で24時間、19℃に保ち、胞子形成を誘発した。

Claims (5)
- 有効成分としてブドウ(Vitis vinifera)の種子または種子を含む搾りかすの抽出物を含む、ブドウべと病(Plasmopara viticola)またはブドウうどんこ病(Erysiphe necator)予防用または治療用組成物。
- 前記抽出物が水/エタノールまたは水抽出物である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 殺真菌活性を有する他の有効成分をさらに含む、請求項1または2に記載の組成物。
- 有効量のブドウ(Vitis vinifera)種子抽出物を処置する植物に施用することを含む、ブドウべと病(Plasmopara viticola)またはブドウうどんこ病(Erysiphe necator)を予防または治療する方法。
- 熱水によるブドウ(Vitis vinifera)種子の抽出、
水不溶性画分の除去、
吸着樹脂カラムでの精製、
濃縮および微粒化、
噴霧乾燥
