Claims (2)
- 処理炉内に吸熱型変成ガスを供給して鉄鋼材料からなるワークを700℃以上で加熱した後に、
前記処理炉内に前記吸熱型変成ガスに加えてアンモニアガスを供給し、前記ワークを加熱して軟窒化処理を施すことを特徴とするガス軟窒化処理方法。 - 処理炉内に吸熱型変成ガスを供給して鉄鋼材料からなるワークを加熱し、前記ワーク表面の酸化膜を除去もしくは破壊した後に、
前記処理炉内に前記吸熱型変成ガスに加えてアンモニアガスを供給し、前記ワークを加熱して軟窒化処理を施すことを特徴とするガス軟窒化処理方法。
