Claims (2)
- 一主面に開口している第1の開口部を有する第1のマイクロ流路が形成された第1の基材と、
一主面に開口している第2の開口部を有する第2のマイクロ流路が形成された第2の基材と、
前記第1の基材の前記一主面と、前記第2の基材の前記一主面とに接着されており、前記第1及び第2の開口部を塞いでおり、光または熱によりガスを発生させる光または熱応答性ガス発生材と、
を備え、
前記第1の開口部と前記第2の開口部とが前記ガス発生材を介して対向しており、前記光または熱応答性ガス発生材により発生したガスが前記第1の開口部および第2の開口部の双方に供給される、マイクロポンプ。
- 前記第1のマイクロ流路と前記第2のマイクロ流路とが接続されている、請求項1に記載のマイクロポンプ。
