Description
The present invention relates to a shampoo composition that can ensure the preservability of the composition without blending a preservative, suppresses itching of the background, has good foaming, and prevents tangling of hair during rinsing.
In recent years, women's hair has become more susceptible to physical damage due to daily hair washing, styling, hair dryers, and the like, and chemical damage due to hair dyeing, bleaching, perm treatment, and the like, with an increasing awareness of cleanliness and fashion. Problems with damaged hair include entanglement of hair when shampoo is rinsed, hair dryness after drying, deterioration of smoothness, deterioration of combing and the like. In addition, the chemical treatment or the like may damage the background and cause troubles such as inflammation and itching. It is an important function of a shampoo composition to exhibit an excellent conditioning effect, to keep the skin healthy and to prevent itching inflammation.
Conventionally, hair cosmetics having a gallic acid derivative, a cationic surfactant, and a higher alcohol have been proposed in order to improve the problem of hair loss and smoothness deterioration (Patent Document 1: JP-A-2004-210724). Issue gazette). In addition, a hair cosmetic containing an α-hydroxy acid and a gallic acid derivative has been proposed (Patent Document 2: JP-A-2005-179198). However, in the above-mentioned hair cosmetics, investigations to ensure the antiseptic properties of the composition without blending parabens, benzoic acid, phenoxyethanol, etc. that may cause irritation and sensation such as kayumi, and long-term use of the preparation When it was done, the effect which does not cause inflammation on the skin and does not cause itching has not been sufficiently studied. In addition, the following is mentioned as a prior art document relevant to this invention.

According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a shampoo composition that can ensure the antiseptic property of the composition without blending a preservative, suppress the itch of the background, have good foaming, and prevent tangling of the hair during rinsing. Can do.
The shampoo composition of the present invention comprises (A) a polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether sulfate, (B) an amphoteric surfactant, (C) a polyglycerin fatty acid ester having an HLB of 12 or more, and (D) a cationic polymer. 1 type or 2 or more types chosen from a compound and an amphoteric polymer compound are mix | blended, The mass ratio of (A) component / (B) component is 1 / 60-3 / 2, (A) component and (B) The total compounding quantity of a component is 12-30 mass%, and the compounding quantity of (C) component is 1-9 mass%.
The component (A) is a polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether sulfate, and can be used alone or in combination of two or more. Examples of the polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether sulfate include polyoxyethylene lauryl ether sulfate, polyoxyethylene alkyl (12,13) ether sulfate, and polyoxyethylene alkyl (11,15) ether sulfate. Industrially produced raw materials vary in the number of moles of polyoxyethylene added, but either normal grades with a distribution of about 0 to 15 moles or those with a relatively narrow distribution of about 0 to 7 moles. Is also suitable. The average number of moles of polyoxyethylene added is preferably in the range of 1 to 4 in terms of foaming and detergency. Alkyl part uses palm kernel oil or palm oil-derived PG1214, PG1270 (manufactured by P & G), petroleum-derived neodol (manufactured by Shell), Saffol (manufactured by Sasol), etc. However, in consideration of environmental problems, those derived from the former natural plant using a renewable plant are preferable. The production method is generally neutralized after sulfating the ethylene oxide adduct of alcohol, but in order to maintain and improve its quality, topping treatment for removing impurities etc. Reduced concentration and viscosity by adding purified water to enhance, addition of pH buffering agent (buffering agent) to suppress degradation during storage of raw materials, addition of acid and alkali to adjust pH, antiseptic to prevent spoilage Any raw material obtained by adding a method such as an agent can be used. Examples of the salt include metal salts such as sodium salts, ammonium salts, triethanolamine salts, and the like.
As the amphoteric surfactant of the component (B), for example, an alkylbetaine type represented by the following general formula (1), an alkylamide betaine type represented by the general formula (2) or (3), a general formula ( Examples include imidazoline type represented by 2) or (4), alkylaminocarboxylic acid type represented by general formula (5), amide amino acid type represented by general formula (6), alkylaminosulfone type, and the like. 1 type can be used individually or in combination of 2 or more types as appropriate.
Among these, betaine-type amphoteric surfactants are particularly preferable. Among them, coconut oil fatty acid amide propyl betaine and lauric acid amide propyl betaine are preferable. Is particularly preferred.
In the shampoo composition of the present invention, the mass ratio of the component (A) / the component (B) is 1/60 to 3/2, and preferably 1/30 to 1/1. Moreover, the total compounding quantity in the shampoo composition of (A) component and (B) component is 12-30 mass%, and 13-25 mass% is preferable. When the mass ratio of the component (A) / component (B) and the total blending amount of the components (A) and (B) are outside the above ranges, the antiseptic properties of the composition cannot be ensured, and itching of the background is good. It is not possible to obtain the effect of preventing entanglement and hair entanglement during rinsing. In particular, when the ratio (A) / (B) is less than 1/60, rich foaming and foam creaminess cannot be secured, and when it exceeds 3/2, the preservative effect of the preparation cannot be maintained. If the total blending amount of the component (A) and the component (B) is less than 12% by mass, the amount of foaming and detergency is insufficient, and the dirt cannot be removed sufficiently, which may cause problems such as itching on the scalp. . Moreover, when it mixes exceeding 30 mass%, it is not only disadvantageous in cost but also difficult to foam and industrially difficult to control.
(C) The polyglycerin fatty acid ester having an HLB of 12 or more is not particularly limited as long as the HLB is 12 or more, and can be used alone or in combination of two or more. By using a polyglycerin fatty acid ester having (C) HLB of 12 or more in combination with the above components (A) and (B), the antiseptic properties of the composition can be ensured without blending preservatives. On the other hand, when the HLB is less than 12, the balance of the interaction between the surfactants is lost, the foam has good texture and foaming, and is inferior in the effect of preventing tangling of the hair during rinsing. In addition, although the upper limit of HLB is not specifically limited, 18 or less is preferable and the polyglycerol fatty acid ester of HLB13-17 is preferable. Specifically, polyglycerin fatty acid esters having an HLB of 12 or more include decaglyceryl monocaprate (HLB16.5), decaglyceryl monolaurate (HLB15.5), decaglyceryl monooleate (HLB12.0 to 15.0). Decaglyceryl monostearate (HLB15.0), decaglyceryl monoisostearate (HLB14.9), pentaglyceryl monolaurate (HLB15.6) and the like are preferably used. In addition, HLB here shows the calculated value by the Griffin method. Further, those having hydrophilicity further increased by polyoxyethylene chains are preferably those having no polyoxyethylene chains from the viewpoint of poor effect of improving the texture of bubbles. As the component (C), polyglyceryl monolaurate is particularly effective, and decaglyceryl monolaurate is particularly preferable. The polyglycerin fatty acid ester contains diesters and triesters in addition to monoesters. In the decaglyceryl monolaurate, the content of monolaurate is 60% by mass or more. From this point, it is preferably 70% by mass or more, more preferably 80% by mass or more.
(C) The compounding quantity of a component is 1-9 mass% in a shampoo composition, and 1-5 mass% is preferable. If it is less than 0.1% by mass, the antiseptic property of the composition cannot be ensured, and if it exceeds 9% by mass, foaming is poor, hair is easily entangled during rinsing, and economical efficiency is also poor. In particular, when the mass ratio represented by ((A) + (B)) / (C) is in the range of 15/1 to 15/9 (15.0 to 1.7), the composition is preserved. Excellent power, good foaming, and the effect of preventing hair entanglement during rinsing. In addition, the numerical value of the said ratio is the number which rounded off the 2nd decimal place.
The component (D) is one or more selected from cationic polymer compounds and amphoteric polymer compounds. With these blends, the shampoo composition and dirt can be washed away even in hair damaged by a chemical treatment such as coloring, without the hair becoming entangled. Examples of cationic polymer compounds include dimethyldiallylammonium chloride polymers whose functional group is dimethyldiallylammonium halide, cationized cellulose, cationized guar gum, cationized dextran, cationized pullulan, and quaternized vinylpyrrolidone-aminoethyl methacrylate. Polymer, polyethyleneimine, dipropylenetriamine condensate, dimethyl-aminohydroxypropyldiethyltriamine copolymer adipate, quaternary nitrogen-containing starch, etc., cationized hydrolyzed keratin, cationized hydrolyzed silk, cationized hydro Examples include those obtained by introducing a cationic group into proteolysis of degraded collagen, cationized hydrolyzed wheat, silicone hydrolyzed collagen, and silicone hydrolyzed silk.
